Abstract: A decoding method of a video stream, which is encoded video information. The video stream includes a base video stream, and an enhanced video stream, which is a video stream to enhance luminance of the base video stream, and a describer that contains the combination information of the base video stream and the enhanced video stream. The decoding method includes acquiring the describer, and identifying the combination of the base video steam and the enhanced video stream. The decoding method also includes generating base video information by decoding the base video stream, generating enhanced video information by decoding the enhanced video stream, generating decoded video information based on the base video stream and the enhanced video stream, and outputting the decoded video information.

Abstract: A three-dimensional data encoding method includes: assigning three-dimensional points to one of layers, based on items of geometry information of the three-dimensional points; searching three-dimensional points surrounding a current three-dimensional point to be encoded, to select, from the three-dimensional points, a three-dimensional point to be referred to when a predicted value of attribute information of the current three-dimensional point is calculated, the current three-dimensional point belonging to a first layer among the layers; and calculating the predicted value of the attribute information of the current three-dimensional point using the three-dimensional point selected. In the searching of the three-dimensional points, a search range for a same layer as the current three-dimensional point is different from a search range for a layer higher than the first layer.

Abstract: An abnormality detection method is provided. The abnormality detection method is for detecting an abnormality that may be transmitted to a bus in an on-board network system. The on-board network system includes a plurality of electronic controllers that transmit and receive messages via the bus in a mobility entity. In the abnormality detection method, for example, a gateway transmits identification information to a server and receives a response determining a unit time. An operation process is performed using feature information based on a number of messages received from the bus per the determined unit time and using a model indicating a criterion in terms of a message occurrence frequency. A judgment is made as to an abnormality according to a result of the operation process.

A user equipment comprises: a receiver operative to receive, from a base station in a slot, a Downlink Control Information (DCI) for Bandwidth Part (BWP) switching from a first BWP to a second BWP; circuitry operative to drop a Uplink Control Information (UCI) to be transmitted in a BWP switching period of the first BWP, and to determine the earliest available slot of the second BWP or a third BWP, the BWP switching period being from the slot where the DCI for BWP switching is received until starting the second BWP to which the first BWP is switched according to the DCI; and a transmitter operative to transmit the dropped UCI in the determined earliest available slot of the second BWP or the third BWP to the base station.

An EVM determiner (306) determines whether or not the measurement value of the modulation quality is equal to or less than a first requirement value, in a case where correction relating to a phase noise of the transmission apparatus is necessary in a reception apparatus. The first requirement value herein is higher than a second requirement value used in the determination of the measurement value in a case where the correction relating to the phase noise of the transmission apparatus is unnecessary in the reception apparatus.

Abstract: An object tracking method includes: predicting a prediction distribution which is a distribution of each of prediction pose locations of first objects in a current frame by inputting pose time-sequence data to a pose predictor; estimating a set of locations of each of second objects in the current frame by inputting the current frame to a pose estimator; obtaining identification information indicating a one-to-one correspondence between the second objects and the first objects and location information of the second objects by matching the set of locations and the prediction distribution, to output the obtained identification information and location information; and updating the pose time-sequence data by adding, to the pose time-sequence data and based on the obtained identification information and location information, data which includes coordinates indicating a pose of each of the first objects and is obtained from the predicted prediction distribution.
