摘要: This invention is a composition capable of forming a heat-dissipating member that has high heat resistance and high thermal conductivity. This composition for a heat-dissipating member comprises a thermally conductive first inorganic filler bonded to one end of a first coupling agent, and a thermally conductive second inorganic filler bonded to one end of a second coupling agent, the composition being characterized in that: the other end of the first coupling agent and the other end of the second coupling agent are each bonded to a bifunctional or higher silsesquioxane by a curing treatment, as illustrated in FIG. 2; or at least one of the first coupling agent and the second coupling agent includes, in the structure thereof, a silsesquioxane, and the other end of the first coupling agent and the other end of the second coupling agent are bonded together as illustrated in FIG. 3.

摘要: Provided are spherical silicon oxycarbide particle material and manufacturing method thereof, wherein the average particle size is in the range of 0.1-100 μm and having a sphericity of 0.95-1.0.Spherical silicon oxycarbide particle material and manufacturing method thereof are provided as follows. Organotrialkoxysilane is hydrolyzed in a pH 3-6 acetic acid aqueous solution, thereafter an alkaline aqueous solution such as a pH 7-12 ammonia water was added to the obtained hydrolysate. The condensation reaction is performed in an alkaline range to form spherical polysilsesquioxane particles that are spherical silicon oxycarbide precursors that has no melting point or softening point. Sintering was then performed at a sintering temperature of 600-1400° C. under inert atmosphere to obtain spherical silicon oxycarbide particle material.

摘要: The objective of the present disclosure is to show a multilayered heat-resistant separator element having minimized warpage and curling. The present disclosure is a multilayered heat-resistant separator element obtained by laminating an inorganic heat-resistant layer on at least one surface of a substrate film comprising a polyolefin microporous membrane having an elongation of 2% or less when tensioned at 10 N/mm2 at 100° C., the curl height of the multilayered heat-resistant separator element not exceeding 10 mm. During manufacturing of the multilayered heat-resistant separator element, the inorganic heat-resistant layer is dried and solidified at a temperature of 80 to 120° C. and a tensile force of 4-10 N/mm2.
