    摘要: Within tyre manufacturing, a reinforcing structure of the tyre, such as the zero-degree layer of the belt structure, is made by an apparatus having devices for guiding a continuous elongated element towards a forming drum, devices for applying the elongated element against a laying surface of the drum, and a cutting unit to cut off the continuous elongated element when application has been completed. Once the cutting operation has been carried out, the free end of the continuous elongated element is set to a grip position downstream of the cutting unit, through a reciprocating slider and a threading element blocking the continuous elongated element with respect to the slider when the latter moves towards the forming drum.

    摘要: An apparatus for checking tires described as a linear camera having an objective line lying on an optical plane; a first, a second and a third light source for emitting respectively a first, a second and a third light radiation; a command and control unit for selectively activating at least one from among the first, second and third light source and activating the linear camera in order to acquire a two-dimensional image of a linear surface portion of the tire synchronously with the activation of the first, second and third source. The first and second light source lie on opposite sides of the optical plane. Furthermore, the first, second and third light source include each one or more sub-sources each having a respective main extension direction parallel to the optical plane and the distance of the sub-sources of the third light source from the optical plane is less than the distance of the first and second light source from the optical plane.

The pipe section has an envelope, through which a flow of the fluid is coupled between a tank of an electrical power device and a cooling device. The valve is disposed within the one or more penetrations and has a closed position and an open position. The instrument is operable for the sensing of the fluid properties, and has a probe disposed in contact with the fluid through the valve in the open position.

The antenna includes a patch array, arranged above a top ground plane, that includes one or more panels, each panel included one or more patch subarrays, and each patch subarray includes single patch elements made from metal. Each patch element includes: a flat rectangular radiation surface element into which a rectangular cutout is formed; an RF power feed point having a cylindrical shape that makes contact to the bottom side of the radiation surface element and feeds through a hole formed in the top ground plane for connection to the RF power; and a structural post having a cylindrical shape that contacts, at one end, the bottom side of the radiation surface element at a region of the radiation surface element where electric surface current is substantially smaller than any other region, and contacts the top ground plane at a second end.

The apparatus includes a support frame for mounting the tyre, a flange for attaching the support frame to a movement member, and an acquisition system for acquiring digital images of a surface of the tyre. The acquisition system includes a linear camera and an illumination system for illuminating an objective line of the camera. The illumination system includes a light source and an optical lens system having a second optical axis. The optical lens system includes first and second converging lenses arranged on the side opposite the light source with respect to the first lens so that the light source, the first lens and the second lens are coaxial with the second optical axis.

    摘要: A method for video compression through image processing and object detection, based on images or a digital video stream of images, to enhance and isolate frequency domain signals representing content to be identified, and decrease or ignore frequency domain noise with respect to the content. A digital image or sequence of digital images defined in a spatial domain are obtained. One or more pairs of sparse zones are selected, each pair generating a selected feature, each zone defined by two sequences of spatial data. The selected features are transformed into frequency domain data. The transfer function, shape and direction of the frequency domain data are varied for each zone, thus generating a normalized complex vector for each feature. The normalized complex vectors are then combined to define a model of the content to be identified.
