A method and system for searching a plurality of information sources using a multimedia element. The method comprises receiving at least one multimedia element; generating at least one signature for the at least one multimedia element; generating a textual search query using at least the one generated signature; searching the plurality of information sources using the generated textual search query; and causing the display of search results retrieved from the plurality of information sources on a user device.
Abstract:
A method for translating natural language text. The method comprises receiving at least one multimedia element including a first natural language text; generating metadata representing the first natural language text; generating at least one signature for the at least one multimedia element; determining the context of the at least one multimedia element respective of the signature; and searching for a multimedia content element (MMCE) corresponding to the received at least one multimedia element that includes a second natural language text, wherein the search is performed using the at least one signature, the context and metadata generated for the at least input text in a first natural language respective of the context, wherein the second natural language text is a translated text of the first natural language text.
Abstract:
A method for associating at least a link to an information resource with a multimedia content element. The method comprises identifying at least one multimedia content element in a web-page, wherein a uniform resource locator (URL) of the web-page is received from any one of a user device and a web server hosting the web-page; generating a signature for at least a portion of the at least one identified multimedia content element; determining at least a link to the at least a portion of the content respective of the generated signature; and providing the web-page with the at least a link respective of the signature of the at least a portion of the at least one multimedia content element to the user device.

A system for generating signatures of an input multimedia data element comprises a partitioning unit for recursively partitioning the input multimedia data element into a plurality of multimedia data elements, wherein each of the plurality of the minimum size multimedia data elements is a minimal partition of the input multimedia data elements; a signature generator for generating for each of the plurality of minimum size multimedia data elements a respective signature; and a storage unit for storing the respective signatures respective of the plurality of minimum size multimedia data elements.

A method for associating a link to web content with a multimedia content element are provided. The method includes identifying at least one multimedia content element in a web-page; generating, by a signature generator system, a signature for the at least one multimedia content element, wherein the signature generator system includes a plurality of computational cores enabled to receive the multimedia content element and to generate a signature for at least a portion of the multimedia content element, each computational core having properties that are at least partly statistically independent of the other computational cores; matching the generated signature to signatures of web content existing on at least one web server to determine matching web content; determining a link to the matching web content; and modifying the at least one multimedia content by adding the link.

The apparatus comprising a number of computational cores, each core comprises properties having at least some statistical independency from other of the computational, the properties being set independently of each other core, each core being able to independently produce an output indicating recognition of a previously learned signal, the apparatus being further configured to process the produced outputs from the number of computational cores and determining an identification of the input data based the produced outputs.

A method for determining driving policies for a vehicle includes: receiving, in real-time during a trip of a vehicle, at least a set of input multimedia content elements captured by at least one sensor deployed in proximity to the vehicle, determining a plurality of possible future scenarios based at least on the set of input multimedia content elements, determining a probability score for each of the plurality of possible future scenarios, determining at least one driving policy according to at least the probability score for at least one of the plurality of possible future scenarios, and controlling the vehicle according to the at least one driving policy.
Abstract:
A method that may include training a student ODNN to mimic a teacher ODNN. The training may include calculating a teacher student detection loss that is based on a pre-bounding-box output of the teacher ODNN. The pre-bounding-box output of the teacher ODNN is a function of pre-bounding-box outputs of different ODNNs that belong to the teacher ODNN. The method may also include detecting one or more objects in an image, by feeding the image to the trained student ODNN; outputting by the trained student ODNN a student pre-bounding-box output; and calculating one or more bounding boxes based on the student pre-bounding-box output.
