    Abstract: Proposed is an air-curtain system of a vehicle. The system may include a plurality of air discharge units provided on a roof of a door side or trunk side of the vehicle and adjusting a direction or pressure of discharged air, an air supply system connected at a plurality of ends to the air discharge units and adjusting supply of the air to the air discharge unit as a plurality of guides provided therein are rotated, and a controller adjusting a flow rate of the air discharged from the air discharge unit by adjusting a rotation angle of each of the guides depending on an open or closed state of a door or trunk of the vehicle.

    Abstract: A vehicle thermal management system, may include an HVAC subsystem including a first compressor and a first refrigeration cycle including a first refrigerant loop fluidly connected to the first compressor; a battery cooling subsystem including a battery coolant loop fluidly connected to a battery pack; a powertrain cooling subsystem including a powertrain coolant loop fluidly connected to a powertrain component; a second refrigeration cycle including a second compressor, a condenser located on the downstream side of the second compressor, and a second refrigerant loop fluidly connected to the condenser; a refrigerant chiller mounted between the first refrigeration cycle and the second refrigeration cycle and configured to transfer heat between the first refrigeration cycle and the second refrigeration cycle; and a battery chiller mounted between the second refrigeration cycle and the battery coolant loop and configured to transfer heat between the second refrigeration cycle and the battery coolant loop. The condenser of the second refrigeration cycle is thermally connected to at least one of the battery coolant loop and the powertrain coolant loop.

    Abstract: A coolant heater for a vehicle includes: a housing unit having an inlet part through which a coolant is introduced and an outlet part through which the coolant is discharged; a baffle assembly provided in an internal space of the housing unit and having a first flow path through which the coolant flows in a first direction and a second flow path through which the coolant, passing through the first flow path, flows in a second direction different from the first direction; a first heater part provided in the first flow path; and a second heater part provided in the second flow path. The coolant heater makes it possible to obtain an advantageous effect of improving a fast-acting heating performance and heating efficiency.

    Abstract: A cooling module for a vehicle may include a radiator with a first header tank receiving coolant, a second header tank at a predetermined distance from the first header tank to exhaust coolant, and a plurality of tubes that connects the first header tank with the second header tank, and a radiating fin is formed therebetween and at a front side of a vehicle, a water cooled condenser that receives refrigerant through a refrigerant pipe in the second header tank formed by laminating a plurality of plates, which condenses refrigerant by exchanging heat with cooled coolant flowing the second header tank, and an air-cooled condenser connected to the water cooled condenser through the refrigerant pipe, receives first-condensed refrigerant from the water cooled condenser, and is disposed at a front side of the radiator to further condense the refrigerant by exchanging heat with outside air.
