摘要: Disclosed are viologen derivatives as an electrochromic material having improved stability and lifetime, a metal oxide electrode including the same, and an electrochromic device using the viologen derivative as an electrochromic material. The viologen derivative includes a suitable regulator group capable of increasing ΔE that is a potential difference between E1 (potential at the first redox reaction) and E2 (potential at the second redox reaction). When ΔE increases, the mole fraction of viologen molecules present in the second reduction state decreases. Therefore, it is possible to lower the mole fraction of viologen molecules present in an irreversibly reduced state at an applied potential, thereby increasing the lifetime of an electrochromic material and an electrochromic device.

摘要: A method for controlling transmission power of shared control channel for high speed downlink shared channel (HS-SCCH) in an UMTS system adopting a high speed downlink packet access (HSDPA) is disclosed in which a power offset value for power control of HS-SCCH is determined by a serving radio network controller and transmitted as a control frame or message type to a base station. A first PO field for transmitting a PO value for non-handover or soft handover of a dedicated physical control channel, a second PO field for transmitting a PO value used for the primary cell and a third PO field for transmitting a PO value used for the non-primary cell are selectively implemented in the control frame or message type, so that the transmission power of HS-SCCH can be suitably controlled according to changes in environment or circumstances of the radio link.

摘要: A method for inserting a PDU LI in an RLC is disclosed. According to the preferred embodiment, if a current PDU size corresponds to the total size of components of the PDU and the current PDU has information indicating that the current PDU size corresponds to the total size of components of the PDU, a component of the next PDU does not include information indicating that the current PDU size corresponds to the total size of components of the PDU. Therefore, the next PDU is free from unnecessary insertion of the LI value so that waste of network resources can be prevented and overhead required for processing unnecessary LI values also can be reduced.

摘要: A contactor assembly for a circuit breaker is disclosed. There is provided a contactor assembly, wherein stationary pins fixed to a rotary shaft and supporting one ends of springs and limit pins contacting the upper surface of the movable contactor and supporting the other ends of the springs are connected by link plates, comprising a movable contactor provided on the upper surface of the movable contactor with groove surfaces having a constant first curvature radius and curve surfaces having a constant second curvature radius larger than the first curvature radius. By this, a contact pressure provided by the springs is constant, and a separating position can be maintained when separating the contactor by an electromagnetic repulsive force.

摘要: Provided are a photosensitizer-metal nanoparticle complex and a composition for photodynamic therapy or diagnosis having the same. The complex includes a photosensitizer, a metal nanoparticle, and a backbone linking the photosensitizer with the metal nanoparticle. The backbone has a polypeptide substrate capable of being specifically degraded by a protease. When the complex is administered to a patient, fluorescence and production of reactive oxygen species from the conjugated photosensitizers are inhibited in normal tissues due to the resonance energy transfer between the photosensitizer and metal nanoparticles, but in tumor tissues, fluorescence and production of reactive oxygen species from the released photosensitizers are activated, thereby effectively destroying the tumor tissues. In addition, the selective fluorescence in the tumor tissues can further improve accuracy of tumor diagnosis using the protease-activatable photosensitizer-metal nanoparticle complex.

摘要: This disclosure relates to an anti-reflective coating composition that is divided into at least two layers through phase separation after monolayer coating, more particularly an anti-reflective coating composition comprising hollow particles coated with a fluorine-based compound having refractive index of 1.3˜1.4 and surface tension of 10˜25 mN/m on the surface, an anti-reflection film manufactured therefrom, and a method of manufacturing the same.In the anti-reflective coating composition of the present invention, at least two layers may be spontaneously formed only by single coating due to smooth phase separation in the coating layer. Particularly, since an interface of each layer formed by phase separation is substantially chemically bonded or crosslinked, delamination of each layer may be minimized. And, a film with excellent scratch resistance and anti-reflection may be manufactured by a more simplified method using the anti-reflective coating composition of the present invention.
