The present invention relates to a device and method for displaying the lifecycle of a surge protection device, and more particularly to a device and method for displaying the lifecycle of a surge protection device, which detects an increase in leakage current according to a deterioration in performance of the surge protection device in order to provide notice of a replacement time for the surge protection device. According to the present invention, it is possible to for a user to provide notice of a replacement time by displaying the lifecycle of a surge protection device (SPD) to the outside. Additionally, as another effect of the present invention, it is possible to confirm an amount of leakage current flowing into the ground of the SPD and whether the SPD is properly installed on a ground line by using a current and ground state detecting sensor.

Disclosed herein is a floating structure with a fuel gas tank storing a gaseous fuel used as fuel in a dual fuel propulsion system disposed under a cargo space. According to the present invention, there is provided a floating structure with a fuel gas tank storing a gaseous fuel used as fuel and used while floating at sea, including: a fuel gas tank disposed in the hull of the floating structure; and a cargo space disposed on the top of the fuel gas tank on the upper deck of the floating structure.

A bit line program voltage is applied to at least one selected bit line and a bit line program-inhibition voltage is applied to at least one unselected bit line. The methods further include concurrently applying a word line program voltage to a selected word line, a first pass voltage to at least one unselected word line and a second pass voltage less than the first pass voltage to at least one unselected word line immediately adjacent the selected word line on a string selection line side of the selected word line.

A booting method and an apparatus thereof for debugging in a portable terminal are provided. The method includes, when a booting event occurs, stacking a boot loader in a preset boot loader region of a Random Access Memory (RAM), and executing, and stacking an Operating System (OS) in a preset OS region of the RAM, wherein the boot loader region and the OS region of the RAM are set such that they do not overlap each other.

The image forming apparatus includes a cover to be opened away from or closed to an upper surface of a body, and a drive device provided at a side of the developing device so as to be coupled with or released from the developing device and be moved in linkage with opening/closing of the cover. The developing device includes driven coupling members to be rotated upon receiving drive power from the drive device. A method and apparatus for concentrating and recovering ethylene from the off-gas from an apparatus which produces gasoline, propylene and the like by fluidized catalytic cracking (FCC) of heavy oils such as atmospheric residue, generated in a crude oil refining process, is provided. The method and apparatus can reduce the amount of ethylene rinse in the subsequent ethylene displacement desorption process by increasing the ethylene purity of a raw material gas and reducing the concentration of weakly adsorbing components in the raw material gas and can reduce the loss of a desorbent during a distillation process for separating the desorbent from the weakly adsorbing components. Thus, ethylene can be recovered from the off-gas from fluidized catalytic cracking of heavy oils at high concentration and low cost.

Provided are a heater supporter and an electric hob including the heater supporter. A tube heater is supported by the heater supporter, and at least a portion of the heater supporter is formed of a ceramic containing material. Therefore, food can be cooled more rapidly, and the tube can be easily installed. Furthermore, damage caused by heat generated from the tube heater can be minimized.

A wire bonding joint structure of a joint pad in which electroless surface treatment plating layers of joint pads configured by a nickel layer/a palladium layer/a gold layer are connected to each other by a metal wire and when the metal wire is joined to the electroless surface treatment plating layer, a depth of the wire bonding pad formed by wedge deformation is 1.0 m or more.The electroless surface treatment layer of the joint pad can lower strength and hardness of the wire bonding pad of which the surface is treated to improve follow-up capability between a gold wire and the bonding pad, such that a joint area between the gold and the bonding pad is maximized, thereby increasing joinability at the wire bonding finish process by wedge pressure and greatly improving wire bonding workability.
