摘要: Turbomachines, as well as their components, are disclosed being in the field of production and treatment of oil and gas containing e.g. hydrocarbon plus hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide, with or without other contaminants. The components are made of a high corrosion high temperature resistant alloy, capable of resisting to corrosion and/or stress at high temperature better than state of art martensitic stainless steels and behaving similarly to premium nickel base superalloys, and at the same time showing a very improved hardness value.

摘要: A turbine, and particularly a low pressure turbine is disclosed, which comprises a plurality of rotor members and spacers for arranged between rotor members, to avoid that an ingested gas flow from the hot gas flow path channel reaches the wheel space. The rotor members each include a deflector. The deflector is placed in correspondence with each spacer and deflects the ingested gas flow over the upper surface of the spacer, thus preventing it to heat up the roots of the blades.

摘要: A method for starting and operating a plant for the liquefaction of a gaseous product comprising the steps of electrically connecting a variable frequency drive to a motor of a first machine string; increasing the speed of the motor of the first machine string up until a first predefined threshold; electrically disconnecting the variable frequency drive from the motor of the first machine string; electrically connecting the variable frequency drive to a motor of a second machine string; the first predefined threshold is function of said frequency of the power supply grid. The variable frequency drive can be switched during operation of the plant among the strings according to process requirements.

摘要: Provided is a method for determining a filter change schedule for a gas turbine. The method includes determining differential pressure variation across filters and a time elapsed since a last filter change, where the differential pressure variation and the time elapsed are each associated with at least one filter disposed in the gas turbine. The method also includes estimating a future power loss and/or a future fuel consumption caused by the differential pressure variation. Moreover, the method can include determining the filter change schedule based on a cost of the filter change, the time elapsed, a cost of the future power loss, and optionally a cost of the future fuel consumption, a cost of emission variation, and a cost of production loss.

摘要: A method to monitor the health status of a rolling bearing of a machinery, including a first acquiring step of a rotation speed value of a shaft coupled to the rolling bearing, a second acquiring step of a first signal generated by a vibration sensor located on the machinery in a position distant from the rolling bearing, and a first calculating step of a variation of the shaft rotation speed value during a predetermined time interval, and if the calculated variation of the rotation speed falls within a predetermined variation interval, performing a first filtering step of the first signal with a first algorithm based on a vibration produced by parts of the machinery different from the bearing at the rotation speed value, so as to obtain a second signal representative of a bearing health status.
