A first impurity region is formed in the active layer on the bottom of the contact hole, and a second impurity region is formed in the active layer on the first insulating film outside the contact hole. In addition, a semiconductor region is formed in the active layer on the sidewall of the contact hole, and a second insulating film is formed on the first impurity region in the contact hole. A gate electrode is formed on the second insulating film.

    摘要： A broadcast signal receiver having improved sensitivity includes a tuner for tuning an RF signal input via an antenna to an IF signal of a specific channel, an IF signal processor for processing the IF signal output from the tuner to a video signal. A low noise amplifier is installed in front of the tuner for amplifying the RF signal and outputting the result to the tuner. The low noise amplifier has a noise figure lower than that of the tuner, to thereby enhance the noise figure of the overall system and the sensitivity of the receiver.

    摘要： The present invention relates to a UHF RFID tag, and provides a set of UHF RFID tag comprising a loop-patterned sheet on which a RFID chip is mounted so as to form a closed loop and a dipole-patterned sheet that is separate from the other.According to the present invention, loop-patterned sheets having simple form and small size can be mass-produced in a few simple types. A mounting process for a RFID chip on the loop-patterned sheets which require precise work can be simplified. In addition, a set of RFID tag according to the present invention can be applied in various environments by combining a few types of the loop-patterned sheet and various types of dipole-patterned sheets.
