    Abstract: An exterior material for a lithium ion battery comprising at least a substrate layer, a metal foil layer, and a sealant layer in that order, wherein the sealant layer comprises an anionic functional group-containing layer containing a compound having an anionic functional group, and the concentration of the anionic functional group contained in the anionic functional group-containing layer is about 1.0 mass % or more based on the total amount of the components constituting the anionic functional group-containing layer.

    Abstract: A semiconductor packaging substrate with a first major surface and a second major surface with an external connection terminal for electrical connection. One or more first wiring layers are on the first major surface side. The first wiring layer includes a first insulating resin layer and a first conductor circuit layer with includes via hole portions and wiring portions. A seed metal layer is formed on three surfaces to which the first insulating resin layer and the wiring portion are grounded, and one or more second wiring layers are formed on the second major surface side. The second wiring layer includes a second insulating resin layer and a second conductor circuit layer of via hole portions and wiring portions, and a seed metal layer is formed on only one surface in which the wiring portion of the second conductor circuit layer and the second insulating resin layer are grounded.

    Abstract: The method of dicing a wiring substrate that includes a core substrate having a front surface and a rear surface at least one of which is provided with an adhesive layer and a rim pattern thereon. The adhesive layer is provided with a laminate that has wiring layers and insulating layers, laminating. The rim pattern is provided with the insulating layers laminated thereon. The method includes steps of forming separation grooves by removing portions of the insulating layers laminated on the rim pattern to expose the rim pattern; exposing at least one of the front and rear surfaces of the core substrate by dissolving and removing the rim pattern of the groove bottoms; and dicing the core substrate exposed at groove bottoms, along cutting margins each being smaller than a groove width of each of the groove bottoms.

The liquid crystal composition includes liquid crystal molecules that change to a vertical orientation upon application of a driving voltage to the light control layer.
