    摘要: A measured electron beam having a polarization vector as represented by arrow is irradiated to a ferromagnetic target made of an iron single crystal through a polarization vector rotator comprising a magnetic field generation coil and an electrostatic lens. A magnetic field generator is coupled with the target and aligns the direction of magnetization of the target in a direction represented by arrow. An oscillator for providing a rotation signal of the polarization vector of the measured electron beam is connected to the polarization vector rotator. The current absorbed by the target is detected and amplified by a current amplifier. A lock-in amplifier detects the phase and the magnitude of an A.C. component using the signal from the oscillator as a reference signal. The magnitude of the D.C. component of the absorbed current is detected by a D.C. current detector.

    摘要: Process for producing a high strength, low yield ratio and high ductility dual-phase structure steel sheet having a structure composed mainly of a ferrite phase and a rapidly cooled transformation phase and having excellent formability with a tensile strength of 40 kg/mm.sup.2 or higher.     摘要: While detecting a contact as well as a pressure load to a touch sensor, to deal with a problem of the pressure load detection, an input apparatus 1 includes a touch sensor 11, a load detection unit 12 for detecting the pressure load on the touch sensor 11, a problem detection unit 16 for detecting the problem with the load detection unit 12, and a control unit 15 for controlling switchover between a first input mode for performing a predetermined operation when the touch sensor 11 detects the contact and a second input mode for performing the predetermined operation when the load detection unit 12 detects a pressure load satisfying a predetermined standard load while the touch sensor 11 is detecting the contact. The control unit 15, when the problem detection unit 16 detects the problem with the load detection unit 12, prevents switching to the second mode.
