    摘要: A lead-out arrangement for an electromagnetic switch is disclosed which is capable of substantially preventing injury or damage to the covering film or insulating layer on the lead-out end of an exciting coil without enlarging the size of the electromagnetic switch. The electromagnetic switch includes a bobbin having a cylindrical portion and a pair of flanges formed at the opposite ends of the cylindrical portion, an iron core inserted into the bobbin from its one end and having an end wall in intimate contact with the outer peripheral surface of one of the bobbin flanges at the opposed end of the bobbin, and an exciting coil wound around the bobbin. A notch is formed in the iron core end wall and a projected guide wall extends outwardly from the one bobbin flange through and along the notch, the thickness of the iron core end wall being reduced at a portion thereof adjacent the notch. The projected guide wall is connected with the one bobbin flange through a connecting portion which is intimately secured to and extends along the thickness-reduced portion of the iron core end wall so as to smoothly guide the lead-out end of the exciting coil at a relatively large radius of curvature.

    摘要: An engine starter protecting device which prevents engagement of the starter's pinion with the ring gear of the engine, even when the engine is rotating. Sensors detect when the gear shift lever is in the neutral position, when the frequency of the ignition pulses for the engine is above a predetermined value, when the vacuum pressure of the intake air to the engine is at or below a predetermined value, when the vacuum pressure of the intake air to the engine is at or below a predetermined value, and when the output voltage from the altenator of the invention exceeds a predetermined voltage. The electromagnetic switch which controls the starter motor is prevented from operating unless the outputs from the detectors are in predetermined states.

    摘要: A permanent magnet starting motor equipped with reduction gears has a stator frame of a D.C. motor, which constitutes the starting motor, made of a tubular member which has a bottom portion. A rotary shaft of an armature is inserted from within the D.C. motor into a penetrating hole provided in the bottom portion of the tubular member, in a manner to protrude beyond the penetrating hole. A sliding-contact engagement portion holds the bottom portion of the stator frame and the rotary shaft of the armature in engagement in an axial direction, and that the reduction gears which are driven by the rotary shaft of the armature are installed in the bottom portion.

At least heads of the teeth arranged at both ends of the armature core along the sliding direction is divided into a plurality of areas along the stacking direction. At least one of extended portions arranged on adjacent areas is extended by a different length along the sliding direction.

    摘要: The present invention provides a dynamo-electric machine that prevents the lead portions of the coil portions disposed at places, at which mechanical balance is provided, from intersecting each other, that enhances the workability in manufacturing the wiring by wiring a conductor, and that suppresses the defective insulation of the winding. This dynamo-electric machine for use in an electric power steering system has a yoke, n (incidentally, “n” is a common divisor of the number of the magnetic poles and the number of the slots and equal to or more than 2) of the coil portions are parallel-connected between the segments. Moreover, the coil portions are disposed in such a manner as to be symmetrical with respect to a mechanical angle of 360 degrees. Lead parts of the coil portions other than one of the coil portions, which is nearest in a circumferential direction to each of the segments, are drawn therefrom in the same circumferential direction.
