    摘要: A ghost cancellation method for the multi-touch sensitive device is disclosed. The multi-touch sensitive device includes a sensing array having multiple lines of a first axis and multiple lines of a second axis intersecting with each other. All the lines of the sensing array are scanned to determine which ones of the lines are touched, so as to determine touch point candidates. For each touch point candidate, a driving signal is applied to the line of the first axis, and the line of the second axis is detected to check if the touch point candidate is actually touched.

    摘要: A touch apparatus including a touch panel and a touch sensing circuit is provided. The touch panel includes a first transparent substrate, a plurality of first conductive patterns, a second transparent substrate, a plurality of second conductive patterns and a plurality of spacers. The touch sensing circuit includes a first demultiplexer, a second demultiplexer, a first multiplexer, a second multiplexer, a third multiplexer, a fourth multiplexer, a fifth multiplexer, a sixth multiplexer and an analog/digital converter (ADC). The fifth multiplexer and the sixth multiplexer are used for modulating a signal receiving range of the ADC and thus the touch sensing circuit is easily judge a correctness of a sensing signal.

    摘要: A method for designing an optimal wiring topology for electromigration avoidance is disclosed. The wiring topology includes multiple sources, multiple sinks and multiple wires. The method includes the following steps: A feasible wire, a wire of the shortest length connecting each pair of source and sink, is calculated, and the capacity of each feasible wire is decided. An initial feasible topology is found. A flow network is created based on the initial topology. Negative cycles are iteratively checked and removed until no more negative cycles.

A third ground sheet is arranged between the two circuit layers. A differential pair includes a transmission line arranged between the first and third ground sheets and a transmission line arranged between the second and third ground sheets. The first to third ground sheets have same electric potential. Projections of the first and second ground sheets on the third ground sheet superpose a border of the third ground sheet. The third ground sheet is formed by extending the border along a signal transmission direction. A vertical distance between the first and second transmission lines is twice as each of a vertical distance from the first ground sheet to the first transmission line and a vertical distance from the second ground sheet to the second transmission line.
