摘要: A series circuit of a transistor serving as a switching element and an input power supply is connected in parallel with the primary side inductor of a transformer. A resonance capacitor and a damping diode are connected in parallel with the transistor. When the transistor is turned on in response to a pulse signal supplied from a pulse generator, the current from a DC power supply is supplied to the transformer. At the same time, a commutating diode is turned on to supply the output current from the transformer to a load resistor.

摘要: A plasma actuator (1) includes four electrodes (11) and three dielectrics (10) and is disposed on the side of an object surface (B). When a high voltage is applied to the electrodes (11), a plasma (15) is generated at an end (10a) of each dielectric (10) exposed so as to be accessible to a gas. In the plasma actuator (1), the electrodes (11) and dielectrics (10) are alternately stacked one on another. The plasma actuator (1) includes a stepped exposed portion (X). The plasma actuator (1) in which the electrodes (11) and dielectrics (10) are arranged such that the ends (10a) of the dielectrics (10) are exposed in the normal line direction of the object surface (B) in the stacked order in the stepped exposed portion (X) can suppress the flow of the generated plasma even when the plasma actuator is exposed to a high-speed airflow under high pressure. This stabilizes the plasma.

摘要: Reference data for automatically inspecting shapes of fillets formed on a substrate are set to an inspection device that illuminates the substrate from specified directions to generate an image. For each type of components mounted to the substrate, a database is prepared, registering sets of reference data corresponding to different fillet shapes in correlation with heights of solder for forming fillets having these shapes. After components to be an object of inspection are identified, specified steps are carried out on each of these components, including the step of obtaining data on the height of solder for forming the fillet related to a land for which a target area for inspection has been set and reading out reference data corresponding to the data obtained from the reference data registered in the database.

摘要: An entry and exit control apparatus wherein missing entry and exit information on a user entering and exiting a controlled area by tailgating is complemented by entry and exit information on another user presumed to enter and exit the controlled area along with the user that is tailgating. Therefore, reliability of user entry and exit history is improved to sufficiently suppress a decrease in security in the controlled area. The entry and exit control apparatus estimates entry and exit date and time concerning the missing entry and exit information based on the statistically processed staying time information of the user and the traveling time information for the entry and exit date information of the user determined that a missing item is generated, extracts complementary entry and exit information from pieces of entry and exit information stored in an entry and exit history DB based on the estimated entry and exit date and time, and complements the missing entry and exit information on the user using the extracted complementary entry and exit information.
