To apply water- and solvent-free release agents to the surfaces of polyurethane-foam moulding dies the misting or atomization of the release agent is effected with a device with an electrostatic charge, by which the release agent particles are given an electrostatic charge when passing through the exit nozzle.

    摘要: A bumper for vehicles, with a symmetrically backswept rail, is supported on a skeleton member of the vehicle body via shock absorbing arrangement. To simplify the construction by use of so called foam systems, and at the same time ensuring a high system efficiency, the shock absorbing arrangement is formed by an impact damper extending over the rail length and made of energy absorbing (EA) foam. Arranged in the midle of the bumper is a regenerable shock absorber which works on the positive displacement principle, passes through local clearances in an impact damper and in the rail and is supported on the skeleton member and on a trim shell engaging at a distance round the rail. An impact strip made of EA foam is inserted between the trim shell and the rail.

    摘要: A post-mix beverage dispenser apparatus includes a syrup compartment in which a plurality of inverted flavor concentrate containers are plugged into sockets associated with selectively actuatable dispensing nozzles. The containers are also supported by snapping the sidewalls thereof into conformally shaped cooling fins. The fins and containers are properly dimensioned so that a snap-fit results therebetween. The cooling fins are directly attached to a thermally conductive plate which is in direct thermal contact with a water reservoir. Water within the reservoir is chilled by a suitable refrigeration device disposed therein. A carbonator tank is also disposed within the water reservoir.

    摘要: A load rod for vehicles, especially motor vehicles, which rod is constructed so as to be a tow rod, an impact rod, a mounting rod, or similar rod. The load rod includes a loop portion as well as force distributing legs that diverge from the loop portion and extend at a distance from each other. The force distributing legs are provided with a mounting section for enabling a mounting of the force distribution legs at portions of a body of the motor vehicle that have greater rigidity. The mounting sections are joined to the body portion of the motor vehicle by a welding. The load rod, formed as a connecting rod, includes at least two individual shaped rods having a predetermined cross section. The individual shaped rods are, within a connecting level, placed against each other with their rod loop portions and are welded together, while the individual force distributing legs diverge outwardly in a direction from both sides of the connecting level.
