    摘要： In a polymer electrolyte fuel cell in which a cathode diffusion layer, a cathode electrode catalyst layer, a polymer electrolyte membrane, an anode electrode catalyst layer, and an anode diffusion layer are laminated in this order, electron conductivity of the cathode electrode catalyst layer at a portion on the side of the cathode diffusion layer is higher than at a portion on the side of the polymer electrolyte membrane and electron conductivity of the cathode electrode catalyst layer at the portion on the side of the polymer electrolyte membrane is lower than at the portion on the side of the cathode diffusion layer, and furthermore, electron conductivity of the anode electrode catalyst layer at a portion on the side of the anode diffusion layer is higher than at a portion on the side of the polymer electrolyte membrane and electron conductivity of the anode electrode catalyst layer at the portion on the side of the polymer electrolyte membrane is lower than at the portion on the side of the anode diffusion layer.

The impact tool gives a rotary blow force to a tip tool by mounting a rotary blow mechanism on a spindle rotatably driven by a motor and intermittently transferring the rotary blow force generated by the rotary blow mechanism from a hammer to the tip tool via an anvil, damping materials absorbing at least the vibration in the radial direction are arranged on at least one side of both supports of the axial direction of the spindle 7. The damping material is interposed between a bearing that rotatably supports the rear end portion of the spindle and an inner cover that holds the same, and an O-ring is interposed as a damping material between the front end portion of the spindle and an anvil that rotatably supports the same.

For signals of the first frequency band, a high-frequency switch circuit connects a transmitter or a receiver to the diplexer by switching. For signals of the second frequency band, an additional high-frequency switch connects a receiver or a transmitter to the diplexer by switching. For signals of the third frequency band, the additional high-frequency switch circuit and a further additional high-frequency switch circuit connect the second antenna or diplexer to a transmitter/receiver by switching.

    摘要： In single crystal growth by means of a CZ method, a granular/lump polycrystalline raw material is additionally supplied into a raw material melt in a crucible through a vertical charging tube. A raw material accumulating section is provided at a site part way downward in the vertical charging tube working in such a way that a predetermined amount of the polycrystalline raw material is accumulated in the raw material accumulating section and the polycrystalline raw material in excess of the predetermined amount falls down. The polycrystalline raw material falling down in the vertical charging tube strikes against the accumulated raw material in the raw material accumulating section, thereby absorbing a shock of the falling raw material. The accumulated raw material works simultaneously as a protective member, thereby preventing breakage of the tube accompanying absorption of the shock from occurring. It is therefore possible to prevent melt splashing that is problematical when a lump raw material for recharge is charged using a vertical charging tube.
