    摘要: A method for producing a display front panel according to the present invention comprises the steps of (1) laminating a metal layer 21 to at least one surface of a transparent substrate 11 by a first transparent adhesive layer 13, thereby obtaining a laminate, (2) providing a mesh-patterned resist layer on a surface of the metal layer 21 of the laminate, etching the metal layer 21 to remove portions thereof that are not covered with the resist layer, and removing the resist layer, thereby forming a metal mesh layer 21 having a mesh part 103 with a plurality of openings 105, and a frame part 101 around the mesh part 103, and (3) laminating a near infrared ray shielding film 41 to the face of the mesh part 103 of the metal mesh layer 21 by a second transparent adhesive layer 33, and filling the surface irregularities R of the first adhesive layer 13 exposed at the openings 105 of the mesh part 103 with the second transparent adhesive layer 33 to make the exposed roughened surface R of the first adhesive layer 13 transparent.

    摘要: A transparent conductive film 1 comprises a transparent plastic film 2 and a transparent conductive layer 4 laminated to at least one surface of the transparent plastic film 2. The transparent conductive film 1, as a whole, has a haze value of 8 or less; and at least one of the two surfaces of the transparent plastic film 2, that is, the surface to which the transparent conductive film 4 is laminated and the other surface, is provided with fine irregularities having a maximum height (Rmax) of 0.5 to 2.0 μm. These fine irregularities preferably have a ten-point mean roughness (Rz) of 0.35 to 1.5 μm. The fine irregularities maybe provided as the surface structure of a fine irregularity layer 3 laminated to one surface of the transparent plastic film 2. The transparent conductive layer 4 may be laminated to the surface of the fine irregularity layer 3 formed on the transparent plastic film 2, or to the surface of the transparent plastic film 2 to which the fine irregularity layer 3 is not laminated.

    摘要: A metallic foil and a transparent substrate film are laminated with an adhesive layer. The roughness of the adhesive-layer-side surface (lower surface) of the metallic foil is such that the maximum height Rmax is more than 0 and less than 4 &mgr;m. As long as the maximum height Rmax falls in the range, the adhesive layer never contains air bubbles in such sizes that reflectance is adversely affected. The roughness of the surface (upper surface) of the metallic foil, opposite the adhesive-layer-side surface, is preferably such that the arithmetic mean roughness Ra is between 0.02 &mgr;m and 1 &mgr;m. As long as the arithmetic mean roughness Ra is in this range, it is possible to efficiently conduct vacuuming to bring, into close contact, a photosensitive resin layer and a photomask in sheet form placed on the photosensitive resin layer, before effecting the pattern-wise exposure of the photosensitive resin layer.
