摘要： For forming a tubular work into a shaped hollow product by using hydroforming process, a method and a device are described. In the method, female and male dies are prepared. The female die has a longitudinally extending cavity which has a polygonal cross section when receiving the male die. The tubular work is placed into the cavity of the female die. The interior of the tubular work is then fed with a hydraulic fluid, and the pressure of the fluid is increased to a given level. The given level is smaller than a critical level that causes a bulging of the tubular work. The male die is then pressed against the tubular work to deform the same while keeping the hydraulic fluid at the given level, thereby forming a shaped hollow product that has a polygonal cross section that conforms to that of the cavity. The pressing work is continued until a circumferential length of the shaped hollow product becomes shorter than that of the tubular work.

摘要： An emitter material for a CRT comprises mixed crystal or solid solution of at least two kinds of alkaline earth metal carbonate, wherein at least one alkaline earth metal carbonate is dispersed or separated in the mixed crystal or solid solution. The alkaline earth metal carbonate, which is an emitter material for the CRT, is coated onto the base metal and thermally decomposed in a vacuum to from an emitter of an alkaline earth metal. This emitter, which is proper for a larger screen size, high brightness and high resolution CRT, can be provided with enough life characteristics even under the operating condition of the emission current density of 2A/cm2.

A sensing station is provided that permits the pick up nozzle to be verified as the correct one and also to determine, if desired, its orientation and misalignments in its axis of rotation so as to permit adjustment in the mounted to accommodate for errors. In addition, a reference height position may be set so that the same sensing station can be employed to sense both the orientation of a component that is picked up and also whether the component is correctly oriented for deposit. This is done by measuring projected lengths in a plane with a photo sensitive device and by making calculations in accordance with trigonometric relationships.

摘要： A current detecting device comprises a substrate, a magnetism sensing member made of ferromagnetic magnetoresistance element, an insulating member, and a conducting member, and these members are formed by a photolithography technique such that the magnetism sensing member is electrically isolated from the conducting member by the insulating member. When a current flows into the conducting member, the magnetism sensing member responds to a magnetic field generated by the current. At this time, the resistance of the magnetism sensing member changes due to a magnetoresistance effect in accordance with the intensity of the current. Therefore, the current can be measured by detecting the resistance change. In such a current detecting device, there is no reactance component thereby achieving high sensitivity when detecting the current.

The conducting electrode (4) is divided into a number of separate measuring zones (6A, 6 and 6C) by gaps (5). The hygrometer also includes a redundancy system circuit (7) which is connected to each of the separate measuring zones (6A, 6B and 6C) and which only provides a moisture indication when the output from at least two of the zones (6A, 6B and 6C) are in agreement. This arrangement enables failures of the sensing element (1) to be detected and distinguished from a false moisture indication.
