Abstract: A method, a terminal and a communication system are provided for generating a local interface key. In the disclosure, the terminal generates a variable parameter and sends the generated variable parameter and other parameters for generating the local interface key to a network. The network derives, according to the variable parameter and the parameters for generating the local interface key, the local interface key. The terminal obtains the local interface key from the network so as to use in intercommunication with other device, such as a UICC, or other terminal device. Thus, the security of the intercommunication between the terminal and the other device is ensured.

Abstract: This application discloses a multicast/broadcast communication method and an apparatus, and relates to the field of wireless communication. The method includes: receiving first information from an application function network element, and determining a target MB-SMF network element based on the first information. The first information includes a first identifier of a first MBS session and information about an MBS service area. The first MBS session is for transmitting data to the MBS service area. The target MB-SMF network element supports the MBS service area, and the target MB-SMF network element is configured to create the first MBS session. In the foregoing method, the target MB-SMF network element may be determined based on the first identifier of the first MBS session and the information about the MBS service area. Therefore, the target MB-SMF network element can serve the MBS service area.

Abstract: A data processing method and a data processing apparatus are described that simplify an operation procedure in which an access and mobility management function (AMF) entity delivers a quality of service (QoS) parameter to an access network device to which the terminal device requests to connect or a target access network device to which the terminal device requests to be handed over, and reduce signaling overheads. The described method includes an access and mobility management function AMF entity receiving a quality of service QoS parameter used for a ProSe communication 5 (PC5) interface communication of a terminal device. The AMF entity stores the QoS parameter. When a preset condition is satisfied, the AMF entity sends the stored QoS parameter to a first access network device.
