A transmission method, apparatus, and system based on uplink transmit diversity, relating to the field of communications are provided. To timely and efficiently determine to activate or deactivate uplink transmit diversity and improve uplink transmission quality, a base station sends an activation request instruction to a radio network controller when determining, according to relevant reference measurement value(s) of a user equipment, to activate uplink transmit diversity of the user equipment; and the radio network controller notifies, according to the activation request instruction, the user equipment of activating the uplink transmit diversity; or a base station sends a deactivation request instruction to a radio network controller when determining, according to relevant reference measurement value(s) of a user equipment, to deactivate uplink transmit diversity of the user equipment; and the radio network controller notifies, according to the deactivation request instruction, the user equipment of deactivating the uplink transmit diversity.

Embodiments of the present invention provide a memory allocation method and system, a user equipment, and a network device. The method includes: determining, by a user equipment (UE), a high speed downlink shared channel (HS-DSCH) physical layer category for memory allocation according to a first network configuration sent by a first network device; using the total number of soft channel bits corresponding to the determined HS-DSCH physical layer category as a total allocated memory size of a soft memory buffer, dividing the total allocated memory size of the soft memory buffer by the total number of serving or secondary serving HS-DSCH cells corresponding to the determined HS-DSCH physical layer category, and determining a soft memory buffer size of each HS-DSCH transmission channel; and allocating the soft memory buffer size of each HS-DSCH transmission channel among the HARQ processes in the first network configuration of the corresponding HS-DSCH transmission channel.

A switching method and device are disclosed by the present invention. The switching method according to the embodiments of the present invention includes: receiving from a base station a switching indication information that requires a user equipment (UE) to switch a transmission time interval (TTI); sending to the base station a switching confirmation information with which the switching indication information is confirmed; and switching the TTI. The switching method according to the embodiments of the present invention includes: sending to a UE a switching indication information that requires the UE to switch a TTI; and receiving from the UE a switching confirmation information with which the switching indication information is confirmed. By using the switching method and device according to the embodiments of the present invention, the delay of switching the TTI can be shortened and the TTI can be switched quickly.

Embodiments of the present invention provide a method for uplink access and a terminal device. The method includes: obtaining load information of multiple cells, where the load information is interference level values of the multiple cells or comparison relationship values of the interference level values; and determining, according to the load information of the multiple cells, an uplink access carrier to be used for uplink access. According to the embodiments of the present invention, when a terminal device initiates uplink access actively, the terminal device can select a proper uplink access carrier according to load information such as the interference level values of cells or comparison relationship values of the interference level values.

A data processing method applied to a data processing apparatus is disclosed. The data processing apparatus includes a central processor and a sensor processor set, and the sensor processor set includes at least one sensor processor. The data processing method comprises obtaining status information of at least one sensor processor in a sensor processor set; determining task switching information based on status information of the at least one sensor processor and/or status information of the central processor, and processing the data processing task switched from the first sensor processor to the central processor, and/or processing, the data processing task switched from the central processor to the second sensor processor. The task switching information indicates to switch a data processing task of a first sensor processor to the central processor, or switch a data processing task of the central processor to a second sensor processor, and the first sensor processor and the second sensor processor each is a sensor processor in the sensor processor set.

One example method includes measuring a received signal communication parameter value of a first cell, determining whether the communication parameter value is greater than a first threshold, if the communication parameter value is less than or equal to the first threshold, obtaining a second threshold, determining whether the communication parameter value is greater than the second threshold, and if the communication parameter value is greater than the second threshold, setting the first cell as a serving cell of a terminal device.

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a paging method, apparatus, and system, so as to implement paging of a UE in an area with relatively poor signal coverage. The UE includes: a receiving unit, configured to receive a broadcast message from a base station; and a determining unit, configured to determine whether the UE is first UE where the determining unit is further configured to: in a case in which it is determined that the UE is the first UE, determine a start PF and a start PO according to the first radio frame parameter; the determining unit is further configured to determine a first subframe set according to the start PF and the start PO; and the receiving unit is further configured to receive, according to the start PF, the start PO, and the first subframe set, a paging message sent by the base station.

The cell handover method includes: receiving, by user equipment (UE), a handover command sent by a source cell, where the handover command comprises indication information of an uplink scheduling resource indication UL grant indication information of a UL grant of a target cell; determining, by the UE based on the UL grant the indication information of the UL grant, the UL grant of the target cell; and sending, by the UE based on the UL grant, uplink data to the target cell, where the uplink data includes at least one of the following: a handover complete message, a buffer status report, or service data. Embodiments provide a cell handover method and apparatus, and a device, so as to reduce a delay time in a cell handover procedure.

The present disclosure discloses a multicast service reading method. The method includes: determining, by user equipment UE, multicast control channel MCCH configuration information, where the MCCH configuration information includes a multicast control channel identifier MCCH-RNTI and MCCH sending period information; determining, by the UE, MCCH sending time information according to the MCCH sending period information; reading, by the UE, an MCCH message according to the MCCH sending time information by using the MCCH-RNTI, where the MCCH message includes configuration information of a multicast service; and reading, by the UE, the multicast service according to the configuration information of the multicast service. Embodiments of the present disclosure further provide a multicast service sending method and a related device. The embodiments of the present disclosure help reduce waste of an MBSFN subframe.
