Embodiments of the present invention provide a power determining method, a user equipment, and a base station. The method includes: determining an initial transmit power of each transmission object in a transmission object set; when a sum of initial transmit powers of all the transmission objects in the transmission object set is greater than a maximum transmit power, performing a power reduction operation based on a priority sequence of information corresponding to the transmission objects, so as to acquire an available transmit power of each transmission object in the transmission object set, where a sum of available transmit powers of all the transmission objects in the transmission object set is not greater than the maximum transmit power; and sending each transmission object in the transmission object set according to the available transmit power corresponding to each transmission object in the transmission object set.

The present invention discloses a method and a device for transmitting information on a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH). The method includes the following steps: a user equipment (UE) selects information from channel state information (CSI) to transmit (S1); the information selected from the CSI is transmitted on the PUCCH with one or both of hybrid automatic retransmission acknowledgment information and a scheduling request (S2), which enables a base station to obtain not only the information in the CSI but also one or both of the hybrid automatic retransmission acknowledgement information and the scheduling request from the PUCCH. The present invention avoids the problem of system downlink throughput degradation caused by dropping all CSI by the UE in the prior art, and avoids the problem that system downlink throughput is influenced by unnecessary data retransmission on a downlink carrier caused by ACK/NACK bundling among carriers.

The present disclosure relates to a method for reporting channel state information, a user equipment, and a base station. A channel state information measurement resource is determined by a UE according to an aperiodic CSI trigger signaling, so that a base station transmits a CSI-RS only when the UE needs to report the aperiodic CSI. Compared with transmitting a periodic CSI-RS by an existing base station, unnecessary transmitting of the CSI-RS is reduced, and energy of the base station such as an eNB is saved; and reducing the CSI-RS transmission may reduce resources occupied by the CSI-RS, thereby improving the spectrum efficiency of the system. In addition, reducing unnecessary CSI-RS transmission allows the interference in other cells by the base station being reduced; finally, CSI measurement resources are reserved only when the CSI needs to be fed back, the cost occupied by the CSI measurement resources is reduced.

The hybrid automatic repeat request-acknowledgment transmission method includes: receiving, by user equipment, on a first serving cell in a subframe n-k, a PDSCH or a downlink control channel indicating downlink SPS release; and sending, by the user equipment in a subframe n, an HARQ-ACK corresponding to the PDSCH or the downlink control channel that is of the first serving cell and that is in the subframe n-k, where an HARQ-ACK timing includes a first HARQ-ACK timing or a second HARQ-ACK timing.

The method includes: receiving, by a user equipment, a carrier activation command or a carrier deactivation command in a downlink subframe n; updating a first downlink activated carrier set according to the received carrier activation command or the carrier deactivation command into a second downlink activated carrier set; taking the second downlink activated carrier set as a current downlink activated carrier set corresponding to a first uplink subframe which belongs to a subframe set of an uplink subframe n+k and uplink subframe(s) after the uplink subframe n+k; sorting X piece(s) of Uplink Control Information (UCI) corresponding to X downlink carrier(s) according to a sorting rule, and transmitting the sorted X pieces of UCI to a base station in the first uplink subframe.

A method, an apparatus, and a system for transmitting information bits, where the method for transmitting information bits includes: dividing the information bits to be transmitted into at least two groups; encoding the information bits to be transmitted in each group; modulating the coded bits obtained by the encoding to obtain modulation symbols, in which each modulation symbol is obtained by using the modulation of the coded bits in the same group; and mapping and transmitting the modulation symbols. In this way, the receiving end easily reduces the algorithm complexity, thereby ensuring the performance of the receiving end.

Embodiments of the present application provide a method for transmitting control information, a user equipment and a base station. The method includes: acquiring a resource index of a physical uplink control channel PUCCH; acquiring a sequence index of an orthogonal sequence of the PUCCH according to the resource index, and acquiring the orthogonal sequence according to the sequence index; acquiring a cyclic shift of a reference signal of the PUCCH according to the sequence index; and transmitting the UCI to the base station on the PUCCH according to the orthogonal sequence and the cyclic shift. In the embodiments of the present application, a cyclic shift of a reference signal of a PUCCH channel for transmitting UCI is acquired according to a sequence index, and the UCI is transmitted on the PUCCH according to the cyclic shift and a corresponding orthogonal sequence, which can enhance transmission performance of the UCI.
