摘要: The range finder includes a transmitting unit (71) which emits a transmitted wave (75) spread using a spread code at a constant chip rate, a receiving unit (72) which receives a reflected wave (76), a correlation unit (73) which calculates a correlation waveform indicating delay time and a correlation between the transmitted wave (75) and the reflected wave (76), and a distance calculation unit (74) which calculates, from a peak position in the waveform, a distance to the object. The correlation unit (73) calculates the correlation waveform obtained when changing the delay time for each range gate. The distance calculation unit (74) calculates the distance to the object by calculating, at a resolution finer than the range gate, a delay time corresponding to the peak in the correlation wave using a highest-correlation point and an adjacent higher-correlation point in the wave form.

摘要: In a program execution method in which a program to be executed is stored in a central unit and a terminal unit acquires the program from the central unit and executes the program, when the central unit receives an acquisition request from the terminal unit, it creates a load module different from the program, which produces the same computation results and differs in the location where essential information is to be embedded, and transmits the load module to the terminal unit together with the essential information necessary for executing the program. The terminal unit receives the program, stores the program on a memory, and executes the program based on the embedded essential information. This method makes it difficult for malicious third parties to illegally execute the program by reverse analysis, and enhances the security of the load module to be executed.

摘要: A content delivery method and apparatus that can achieve stable streaming in a system that performs data exchange efficiently by dividing content into blocks and distributing them among a plurality of nodes. A receiving node transmits the playback start time of each block as delivery reservation request information to a corresponding one of delivery nodes. The corresponding delivery node receives the delivery reservation request information from the receiving node, determines delivery start time and delivery end time based at least on the delivery reservation request information and on reservation status and network bandwidth information, and transmits the delivery start time and delivery end time as delivery reservation result information to the receiving node. The receiving node receives the delivery reservation result information from the corresponding delivery node, and receives the block by requesting, in accordance with the delivery reservation result information, delivery of the block from the corresponding delivery node.
