    摘要: A method of producing a silicon nitride ceramic component, comprising: grinding a silicon nitride sintered body comprising .alpha.--Si.sub.3 N.sub.4 having an average grain size of 0.5 .mu.m or smaller and .beta.'-sialon having an average grain size of 3 .mu.m or smaller in major axis and 1 .mu.m or smaller in minor axis into a predetermined size with a surface roughness of 1-7 .mu.m in ten-point mean roughness; heat treating the same at temperature range of 800.degree.-1200.degree. C. in the air; and standing it to allow to be cooled, whereby providing a residual stress in the ground surface before and after the heat treating as a residual compressive stress at a ratio of 1 or higher of the residual compressive stress after the heat treating to that before the heat treating (residual compressive stress after the heat treating/residual compressive stress before the heat treating), preferably 5 or more.

    摘要: There are provided a dust core in which, even if the surface of a heat-treated compact is ground, the insulation between soft magnetic particles on the ground surface can be ensured in the grinding step, and a method for producing the dust core.The method includes a preparation step of preparing a heat-treated compact 100 by compacting soft magnetic particles having an insulation coating and heating the resultant compact to a predetermined temperature; and a machining step of removing part of the heat-treated compact 100 using a working tool 2. The machining step is performed while an electric current is supplied with a conductive fluid 7L between the heat-treated compact 100 serving as an anode and a working tool 2 that machines the heat-treated compact 100 or a first counter electrode 5 that faces the working tool 2 with a distance therebetween, the working tool 2 or the first counter electrode 5 serving as a cathode. A bridge portion that connects soft magnetic particles to each other is removed through the supply of an electric current, the soft magnetic particles being adjacent to each other along a machined surface of the heat-treated compact 100.

    摘要: It is proposed to lessen the weight and improve the mechanical strength of a retainer of a valve open-close mechanism driven by an electromagnetic actuator used in an automotive internal combustion engine. The electromagnetic actuator is mounted in a housing mounted on an internal combustion engine body. A first stem has its tip abutting the valve, which is provided with a retainer and carries a first coil spring. A second stem is provided on the other side of an armature. The second stem has a retainer. Between this retainer and the housing, a second coil spring is mounted. At least one of these parts is made of a metal smaller in specific weight than iron or its alloy. Each retainer has a boss and an arcuate corner portion having a radius of curvature R of 1.0 mm or over between a spring abutting surface and the boss to relieve stress concentration.

    摘要: An attachment coupler includes a first arm and a second arm, each including a U-shaped portion, and upper portions of the first and second arms being swingably connected by a swing shaft, and an expansion-contraction tool which opens and closes the first and second arms around the swing shaft as a fulcrum. A locking member provided with a cam and a hook provided with a cam follower are rotatably provided on the second arm. A state in which a free end of the hook is removed from an opening of the U-shaped portion is maintained by engagement of the cam and the cam follower during contraction of the expansion-contraction tool. The cam follower is driven by the cam along with rotation of the locking member during expansion of the expansion-contraction tool, thereby causing the free end of the hook to advance toward the opening of the U-shaped portion.

The first sliding part is held in a recess of a metal holding member, which is bounded by an inner wall that meets an open end of the recess along an edge.
