摘要: An inkjet print head for which an ink flow path formation member, arranged on a printing element board, is prevented from being peeled off or being damaged, and the printing element board in an appropriate state can be mounted on a support member. According to the present invention, an ink flow path formation member is arranged on one face of a printing element board, and a peripheral area extending outward from the ink flow path formation member is prepared. Since pressure is applied to the peripheral area using a mounting tool, to bond the first terminals of the printing element board to the electrode terminals of the support member, damage to the ink flow path formation member, caused by the mounting tool, can be prevented.

摘要: A torque converter lockup capacity control device is configured to conduct coast-time lockup control during coast-running in order to prevent engine stall, shock from occurring in the output shaft of a transmission due to lockup when a driver releases an acceleration pedal and the running condition switches from a drive running condition to a coast-running condition. Torque converter lockup occurs because the engine output torque drops from a time on when the throttle opening degree becomes zero. Thus, during a period from the time on until fuel cut-in at time, the lockup capacity is lowered to a minimum capacity corresponding to a standby pressure and lockup is avoided. The lockup capacity is raised to a larger value from the predetermined time on, and ordinary coast-time lockup control is executed.

摘要: The present invention provides, in a gaming machine which uses a game table, an information input device which can detect positions indicated by player's hands or the like without relying on the detection of touching of the game table by players. An information input device includes a table which has one or a plurality of input regions which are preset, a position detector which detects a position of an object on the table and outputs positional information on the object, and a positional information determining unit which determines whether the position of the object is in any one of the input regions for a given period based on the positional information on the object from the position detector and treats the positional information valid when the positional information determining unit determines that the object is in the input region for the given period.

摘要: A lock-up control device for a lock-up torque converter of an automatic transmission is provided which starts measuring an elapsed time when the throttle opening exceeds a first predetermined value due to depression of an accelerator pedal during lock-up clutch slip control. When the throttle opening exceeds a second predetermined value due to sudden depression of the accelerator pedal prior to the elapse of a determination time, a transmission controller terminates the lock-up clutch slip control. After a rapid increase, the slip amount starts decreasing upon termination of the lock-up clutch slip control. Therefore, the temperature of a facing stops rising when the lock-up clutch slip control is terminated, and this improves the durability of the facing. The lock-up clutch slip control is re-started when the throttle opening is reduced to a predetermined value, and this maintains the excellent fuel economy performance.

摘要: An automatic transmission has a gear transmission mechanism with engaging devices. Up-shifting is achieved with oil pressure, which is controlled with an open control component, a gradient of which is determined based on input torque, and a feedback control component, which is based on a target gear ratio. To prevent shock during an up-shift caused by releasing the accelerator, the feedback control component is set to zero when the amount of change in the throttle opening is equal to or greater than a predetermined threshold value. As a result of inhibiting increase in feedback to make up for a tendency for oil pressure depending on an open control component to decrease as a result of the throttle opening reducing and input torque falling, increase of the oil pressure command value becomes smooth. Peaks of the output torque are therefore suppressed.

摘要: The present invention has as its object to detect the termination of ink reliably and highly accurately in an ink jet recording apparatus. An ink cartridge 2 has an opening 5 for connection to a recording head 1, and is include of a negative pressure generating member containing portion 14 containing a negative pressure generating member 13 and having an atmosphere communicating port 10, and an ink containing portion 16 which is adjacent to the negative pressure generating member containing portion 14 and communicates therewith at the bottom 11 of the ink cartridge. Ink detecting device 3 is provided below the ink containing portion 16. When the detecting device 3 detects a reduction in the remain in the ink containing portion 16, ink remains only in the negative pressure generating member containing portion 14 and the remainder can be substantially estimated. For the remaining ink, the amount of use is calculated by the counting of discharge pulses or the like and is compared, whereby the remain of the ink can be detected accurately and easily.

摘要: A focus condition sensing device comprises a first imaging device unit and a second imaging device unit, which are mounted in parallel on a single IC chip board. Integrating operation start signals are set to “H” (High), so that an integrating (accumulating) operation is started in each of the imaging device units. Chip enabling signals are changed between “H” and “L”, and thus, it is determined whether the integrating operation has been completed in the first or second imaging device. When one of outputs of the first and second imaging devices exceeds an AGC level, it is deemed that the integrating operation of the corresponding imaging device is completed, and thus, electric charges are output from the imaging device.
