A refilling system includes a reduction cylinder having an outside diameter smaller than the diameter of the storage portion and an inside diameter larger than the diameter of the canister, a first lift mechanism configured to raise and lower the reduction cylinder between a down position in the storage portion and an up position wherein it is drawn out of the storage portion, and a second lift mechanism having a holding portion for holding one end portion of the canister and configured to raise and lower the canister with respect to the container body. In refilling operations, the canister is loaded into and unloaded from the storage portion of the container body by the second lift mechanism with the reduction cylinder set in the storage portion.

    摘要: An electric compressor includes a rotary shaft that is driven by an electric motor. The motor generates driving torque. Pistons compress gas in accordance with rotation of the rotary shaft. During one turn of the rotary shaft, the times when the net load torque generated by the pistons is minimum and the times when the driving torque of the motor is minimum occur at substantially the same rotation angles of the rotary shaft. Also, during one turn of the rotary shaft, the times when the net load torque is maximum and the times when the driving torque of the motor is maximum occur at substantially the same rotation angles of the rotary shaft. The driving torque is always greater than the net load torque. Therefore, the motor need not be large to generate sufficient torque.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a method for bonding together two disc substrates, at least one disc substrate having a UV transmissive-visible light reflective information recording layer provided on a UV transmission base. In this method, the disc substrates are bonded together, so that the information recording layer of one disc substrate faces the other disc substrate, by employing UV irradiation to cure a UV curable composition used as a bonding agent. In the case of the present invention, to cure the bonding agent, UV is irradiated in a single or repeating flash so as not to impair the information recording layer. As a result, the bonding agent can be cured in a shorter period of time with less energy consumed as compared to the conventional method of using conditions irradiation of UV light to cure a UV curable composition used as a bonding agent. Accordingly, the present method enables a product disc to be obtained in a shorter time, with less energy used, so that productivity (i.e., number of bondings per unit time) is improved.

    摘要: A multistage compressor for compressing a refrigerant for an automobile air conditioning system includes a body which has a front housing and a rear housing connected to each other with a cylinder block clamped therebetween. The cylinder block includes a plurality of sets of cylinder bores arranged parallel to, and around the longitudinal axis. Pistons are received within the cylinder bores to define a plurality of sets of compression chambers together with the walls of the cylinder bores. The sets of the compression chambers are fluidly connected to each other to provide a series of stages for compressing the refrigerant gas. The cylinder bores are arranged at equal angles around the longitudinal axis in each set of the compression chambers whereby the unbalanced force on the swash plate and the drive shaft is removed.

    摘要: A wave cam type compressor is described. Cylindroid blocks are provided to support a drive shaft and to contain a plurality of cylinder bores centered around the drive shaft. A wave cam attached to the drive shaft has cam surfaces on the front side and the rear side. The cam surfaces are composed of convex surfaces only. Pistons in the cylindroid blocks are operated by the wave cam through shoes. Each shoe has a spherical surface and a flat surface. The spherical surface is fitted in a recess formed on the piston, while the flat surface makes line contact with the cam surface of the wave cam. The shoes move relative to the wave cam on a predetermined circular path on the cam surfaces. The rotation of the wave cam together with the drive shaft is converted to reciprocating motions of the pistons in the cylinder bores with the aid of the shoes and wave cam, thus achieving compression of a fluid supplied to the cylinder bores.
