Abstract:
A disclosed liquid jet head includes a nozzle plate having plural nozzles for jetting liquid therefrom, plural flowpaths formed in communication with the plural nozzles, a vibration plate member having a flexible part that forms at least one of the walls of each flowpath, and plural piezoelectric element units having a piezoelectric element member fixed to a base member. Each piezoelectric element unit has plural piezoelectric elements divided by a plurality of slits formed in the piezoelectric element member. The plural piezoelectric element units are arranged in a straight line at predetermined intervals along the plural nozzles.
Abstract:
Memory elements, switching elements, and peripheral circuits to constitute a nonvolatile memory are integrally formed on a substrate by using TFTs. Since semiconductor active layers of memory element TFTs are thinner than those of other TFTs, impact ionization easily occurs in channel regions of the memory element TFTs. This enables low-voltage write/erase operations to be performed on the memory elements, and hence the memory elements are less prone to deteriorate. Therefore, a nonvolatile memory capable of miniaturization can be provided.
Abstract:
To provide a goggle type display device system that can prevent harm to user's health. If anomaly is recognized in mind and body of a user, first video signals provided from an external device stop being displayed on LCD panels and, instead, outside scenery taken by CCD image capture elements is displayed. The user may be alarmed by this about anomaly of his or her body and, further, relaxed by looking at the outside scenery presented.
Abstract:
A liquid crystal display device having a digital driver is provided, which can realize higher definition and more gradations. A liquid crystal display device having a pixel region in which a plural number of pixel TFTs are arranged in a matrix shape, a source driver and a gate driver for driving the plural number of TFTs, and a circuit for converting externally inputted m-bit digital video data into 2m−n pieces of n-bit digital video data (where m and n are both positive integers greater than or equal to 2, and m>n), and for supplying the n-bit digital video data to the source driver, is provided. The liquid crystal display device is characterized in that the 2m−n pieces of n-bit digital data is outputted randomly, and in that a one-frame image is formed by displaying 2m−n subframes formed by the n-bit digital data.
Abstract:
It is an object of the present invention to provide a goggle type display device for preventing a misalignment between a display element and an optical element. The present invention provides a goggle type display device having a display unit and an optical element wherein the display unit is integral with the optical element.
Abstract:
A vibration-proof tungsten wire which forms, in cases where the diameter of the wire is D mm and when an electric current corresponding to 90% of the fusion current value is passed therethrough for 5 minutes, a wire havinga crystal grain boundary at which bubbles of 0.3 .mu.m or less in diameter are dispersed in bubble rows with lengths of (0.39/D).sup.2 .times.3 .mu.m or more arrayed in the wire axis direction of said crystal grain boundary, and bubbles of 0.2 .mu.m or less in diameter are randomly dispersed; anda crystal grain in which bubbles of 0.3 .mu.m or less in diameter are dispersed in rows with lengths of (0.39/D).sup.2 .times.30 .mu.m or more arrayed in the wire axis direction within said crystal grain, and bubbles of 0.2 .mu.m or less are randomly dispersed;a process for preparing the same; and a tungsten filament obtained from the above-defined wire. The doped tungsten wire of this invention possesses excellent vibration-proof property on lighting as well as high reliability.
