    摘要: A touch signal probe comprises a probe casing fixed to a shank body through a shank anchor, the probe casing containing a stylus shaft held for inclining relative to the probe casing, a fixed contact on the inner bottom of the probe casing, a contact receiving portion carrying a movable contact which is fixed to the stylus shaft and defines a set of contacts together with the fixed contact, and a spring operably located between the shank anchor and the contact receiving portion to urge the movable contact toward the fixed contact, whereby the displacement of the stylus shaft can be detected on the separation of the contacts. The touch signal probe is characterised in that the shank anchor slidably receives a spring seat having an engagement face engaged by the spring at one end and in that an adjusting screw for forwardly and rearwardly moving the spring seat is threadedly screwed into the shank anchor, the tip of the adjusting screw engaging the opposite face of the spring seat, whereby the spring can be constricted or expanded to adjust a pressure of contact between the fixed and movable contacts by moving the adjusting screw in either of the opposite directions.

    摘要: An inner diameter measuring instrument wherein the measuring pressure of measuring elements is adjustable from outside and the measuring elements can be retracted by a pair of levers. A spring is confined between a movable member secured to a spindle and an abutting member formed on the outer surface thereof with a tapered surface, and a biasing force of this spring is adjustable by the movement of the movable member due to rotation of a control member mounted to the main body of the measuring instrument. The abutting member is upwardly moved by a pair of levers each provided thereon with a pusher member penetrating through the main body for pushing the abutting member, so that the measuring elements biased in the radial directions of the spindle can be retracted.

    摘要: An instrument for measuring the shape of the outer surface, i.e., the contour of a workpiece. In this contour measuring instrument, the tip of a stylus fixed on one end of a rotatable arm is brought into contact with the outer surface of the workpiece, the arm in this condition is moved in the axial direction thereof, and the vertical movement of the stylus tracing the irregularities on the outer surface of the workpiece is detected by a differential transformer so as to measure the contour of the workpiece. In this contour measuring instrument, there are provided a driving mechanism for forcing the arm to turn in a predetermined direction and an arm turning angle detecting mechanism for detecting the turning of the arm by the driving mechanism beyond a predetermined angle to stop the driving mechanism in operation, whereby the detection angle detected by the arm turning angle detecting mechanism is set at a predetermined angle, so that the arm can be inserted into an object to be measured, being of a cylindrical shape, or a hole and the like of the object.
