摘要: A tape cassette is set in a cassette accommodating section of a tape printer. A magnetically affixable printing tape is fed out from a holding reel along with an ink ribbon having a non-magnetic ink layer formed thereon across a cut in the tape cassette and conveyed through between a thermal head and a platen roller while being pressed by those elements. The printing tape comprises a printing layer and a magnetic layer pasted to the printing layer. The magnetic layer is magnetized such that S and N poles are alternately arranged longitudinally of the tape to thereby prevent turns of the tape roll from shifting widthwise. The magnetic layer has a coated fluorine layer formed thereon or has wrinkles formed thereon to thereby prevent blocking from occurring on a printing face of the tape due to its winding. Thus, the printing tape is conveyed in a correct attitude to enable a high quality image to be printed thereon.

摘要: When a seal is inserted onto a shaft, load applied to a chuck is detected by a load cell, and based on the detected load, the turnover of a lip is judged. More specifically, an operation of inserting and pulling out the seal is performed several times on the shaft. Pull-out force is detected at the time of the last pull-out operation and insertion force is detected at the time of the last insertion operation. If the detected value is greater than a predetermined value, it is judged that the lip has been turned over. Also, a ratio between the aforementioned pull-out force and insertion force is computed. If the value of the computed ratio is less than a predetermined value, it is judged that the lip has been turned over.

摘要: A golf club with decreased air resistance in swinging to improve a head speed. A number of depressions 26 are formed on a back 4, a crown 6 and the side surfaces of a heel 7 and toe 8 of a head 1 of a wood club for example. Each depression 26 has a first side narrower than a second side thereof so that it is egg-shaped. The section of each depression 26 is formed smooth such that a slope at the first side is more gentle than that at the second side. Each depression 26 is desirably so oriented that its comparatively gentle slope is positioned at the face 3 side. Owing to these gentle slopes, the generation of a dead air region is suppressed at the inflow side of each depression 26, thus further decreasing an air resistance in swinging.

摘要: A golf club head having a larger sweet area for easier visual confirmation by a player when adressing a ball. Head body 1 is provided with denser weight at its back, thus displacing CG toward a back side of the head body 1 to enlarge a depth Le of CG and sweet area. The back of the head body 1 is located on the same plane relative to the back 6A of the weight 6, thus eliminating an obstacle to view when a player addresses a ball to enhance the concentration of the player. The back of the head body 1 is annularly formed with thickened portion 1B so that the entire periphery of the back is suitably weighted with titanium, aluminium or the alloy thereof. Owing to such dispersed weight distribution, a player can be free from a sense of unstability and accuratetly strike a ball if the ball is struck a little off the center of face 2.

摘要: An iron-type golf club head for realizing free weight distribution of a head with a face made thinner. A flatted surface 1A of a head body 1 is formed with a plurality of honeycomb-shaped cavities by forging. Owing to the advantages associated with the forging and the honeycomb shape, a face 4 can be made thinner, while avoiding the deterioration of the strength of the face 4. Thus, a surplus weight thus obtained can be distributed to other parts of the head body 1.

摘要: A fuel dispenser with a seismic vibration perception function includes a pump motor, a fuel feeding pump, a flow volume measuring member, a nozzle switch and a fueling control member. The fuel-feeding pump is driven by the pump motor. The flow volume measuring member measures the amount of fed fuel and outputs a flow volume pulse signal. The nozzle switch transmits a nozzle-unhooked signal and a nozzle-hooked signal. The fueling control member causes the pump motor to be "on" and "off" by receiving the nozzle-unhooked and the nozzle-hooked signal respectively and counting the flow volume of fuel by receiving the flow volume pulse signal. The fueling control member contains a seismic vibration perception member for perceiving vibration and transmitting a seismic vibration perception signal for suspending electric supply to the pump motor.
