Abstract: A multilayered cushion pad and a method for manufacturing the same are provided. The multilayered cushion pad includes a first woven fabric, a second woven fabric, and a first buffering layer. The first buffering layer is disposed between the first woven fabric and the second woven fabric. A material of the first woven fabric includes a poly-p-phenylene benzobisoxazole fiber, and a material of the second woven fabric is selected from the group consisting of: a poly-p-phenylene benzobisoxazole fiber, a polyphenylene sulfide fiber, a polybenzimidazole fiber, a ceramic fiber, a basalt fiber, an alkaline metal fiber, a silicic acid fiber, and a combination thereof. A material of the first buffering layer is selected from the group consisting of: a silicone rubber resin, a fluororubber resin, a polyvinylidene difluoride resin, a polyetheretherketone resin, a polyimide resin, a polyamide-imide resin, and a combination thereof.

Abstract: An optical film having high reliability and a method for manufacturing the same are provided. The optical film includes a quantum dot layer, an upper protective layer and a lower protective layer. The upper protective layer is formed on a surface of the quantum dot layer. The lower protective layer is formed on another opposite surface of the quantum dot layer. The upper protective layer and the lower protective layer each include a bonding layer, a moisture and oxygen barrier layer, and a substrate layer located between the bonding layer and the moisture and oxygen barrier layer. The bonding layer is arranged proximate to the quantum dot layer and formed from an aqueous coating material. The moisture and oxygen barrier layer is arranged away from the quantum dot layer and includes an evaporated layer and an outer plastic layer formed on the evaporated layer.

Abstract: A polyester film and coating liquid are provided. The polyester film includes a resin substrate and a coating layer. The coating layer is formed by coating a coating liquid on a side surface of the resin substrate and then drying the coating liquid. The coating liquid includes a mixed resin, a surface-modified filler particle solution, and water. Based on 100 parts by weight of coating liquid, a content range of the mixed resin is 2 to 40 parts by weight, a content range of the surface-modified filler particle solution is 0.05 to 30 parts by weight, and a content range of the water is within 50 to 85 parts by weight. The mixed resin includes a polyester resin, a polyurethane resin that is graft-modified by acrylate, and a crosslinking agent that are mutually mixed in a predetermined ratio, so that the coating liquid has a predetermined refractive index.

Abstract: A touch display leather and a leather structure thereof are provided. The leather structure includes a diffusion layer, a foam layer and a fabric layer. The diffusion layer includes optical powder dispersed therein. The foam layer is disposed on the diffusion layer, and the foam layer is foamed to provide a leather feel. The fabric layer is disposed on the foam layer, and the fabric layer is color-matched and embossed to present a leather pattern. Base materials of the diffusion layer, the foam layer, and the fabric layer are all at least one material selected from the group consisting of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyurethane (PU), and polyolefin (PO), and the leather structure has a light transmittance between 2% and 30%.

Abstract: A fireproof cladding material for covering or coating a plastic pipeline, includes a cross-sectional structure formed by needle punch or thermal bond to form a two-layer or three-layer laminated structure with an integrated structure. The laminated structure of the cross-sectional structure is composed of a fireproof fiber woven blanket having a thickness of 0.2-250 mm, and an upper side or a lower side of the fireproof fiber woven blanket, or both sides of the upper side and the lower side thereof, is composed of a fireproof reinforcement layer with a thickness of 0.015-0.5 mm. The fireproof cladding material has the characteristics of softness, bendability, light weight and high strength, and is suitable for covering or coating plastic pipelines.
