摘要: A toroidal-type continuously variable transmission according to the present invention includes an input shaft, an input disk and an output disk, plural power rollers, a power roller bearing, an oil passage, and a mesh filter. The input and output disks are supported mutually concentrically with said input shaft and mutually independently rotatably. The plural power rollers are sandwiched between said input disk and said output disks. The power roller bearing rotatably supports said power rollers. The oil passage for leading lubricating oil to said power roller bearing. The mesh filter is provided in said oil passage. Accordingly, the toroidal-type continuously variable transmission can prevent an occurrence of biting-in of foreign substances at a power roller bearing, to thereby increase the life of the power roller bearing.

摘要: Disclosed herein is a cooling roll which can provide bonded a magnet having excellent magnetic properties and having excellent reliability. A melt spinning apparatus is provided with a tube 2 having a nozzle 3 at the bottom thereof, a coil 4 for heating the tube and cooling roll 5 having a circumferential surface 53 in which dimple correcting means is provided. A melt spun ribbon 8 is formed by injecting the molten alloy 6 from the nozzle 3 so as to be collided with the circumferential surface 53 of the cooling roll 5 in an inert gas atmosphere (ambient gas) such as helium gas, so that the molten alloy 6 is cooled and then solidified. In this process, dimples to be produced on a roll contact surface of the melt spun ribbon are divided by the dimple correcting means, thereby preventing formation of huge dimples.

摘要: When a non-volatile memory cell which can store two bits per one memory cell and pass current bidirectionally is used, a bias power source potential is provided also to a bit line BL4 adjacent to two bit lines (BL2 and BL2) passing a sense current BL2 and BL3. Switch units are provided corresponding to each bit line for selectively connect to any one of a ground power source line, read power source line or bias power source line. The current flowing from a sense amplifier circuit to the adjacent bit line BL4 via adjacent memory cell can be reduced, and thus the current in the sense amplifier circuit is stabilized quickly. Accordingly, a non-volatile semiconductor memory device allows high-speed data reading operation.

摘要: A multi-stage automatic transmission using a reduction planetary gear and a planetary gear set in which the respective thrust forces generated thereat are supported by a low bearing load or a low case load. The automatic transmission is provided with a reduction planetary gear, coupled to an input shaft to fix a reaction force element so as to output a reduction rotation to an output element, and a planetary gear set, that outputs a speed shift rotation upon input of the subsequent reduction rotation. During at least first gear driving, there is provided a force transmission route in which thrust forces generated at one element of the reduction planetary gear and one element of the planetary gear set, respectively, are transmitted. In that route, a torsion direction of the spiral teeth of the respective elements are set such that a direction of a thrust force of the element and a direction of the thrust force of the other element are different from each other during first gear driving.
