摘要: A planar motor permits a thinner design, controlled vibration, and highly accurate positioning by disposing X-axis and Y-axis coreless type linear motors on the same plane without using an expensive linear guide and by incorporating high-accuracy capacitance displacement sensors in X and Y directions. Two pairs of permanent magnets are disposed such that they are respectively orthogonalized with respect to two axes that are orthogonalized with each other on a movable stage and that they generate magnetic fluxes in a direction perpendicular to a surface of the movable stage. Furthermore, the permanent magnets of one pair are disposed symmetrically to each other about one of the two axes, while those of the other pair are disposed symmetrically to each other about the other axis. Two pairs of coils are provided such that they oppose and match the two pairs of permanent magnets. A cross-shaped common electrode is installed to the movable stage and disposed such that it opposes a fixed electrode composed of two electrodes disposed on a fixed electrode base. Displacements of the movable stage can be determined from changes in capacitance of capacitors formed by the cross-shaped common electrode and the fixed electrodes.

摘要: The present invention provides an adsorption-type cooling apparatus comprising first, second, third, and fourth adsorption devices filled with a coolant and contain adsorbents which adsorb evaporated coolant and desorb the adsorbed coolant during heating. Adsorption cores provide heat exchange between the adsorbents and a heat medium, and evaporation and condensation cores provide heat exchange between heating medium and the coolant. A cooling device in which heating medium cooled in the evaporation and condensation cores circulates and cools the object of cooling. A heating means supplies a high-temperature heat medium to the first-fourth adsorption devices. A cooling means supplies a low-temperature heat medium which has a temperature lower than that of the high-temperature heat medium to the first-fourth adsorption devices. Also, a switching control means is provided which switches between multiple states.

摘要: A manufacturing method for a semiconductor device, wherein a polyimide-based resin layer is covered with a P-CVD oxide silicon film or the like before it is subjected to degassing process in order to prevent blisters or cracks of a cover film of a semiconductor device which has the polyimide-based resin layer as an interlayer insulating film. This makes it possible to take the semiconductor device out in open air after the degassing process and to prevent the dispersion of reaction products resulting from amidation during the degassing process.

摘要: When inexecutable event occurs, an event format conversion rules table is referred to in order to convert the format of the event, then the communication message including the converted event is transmitted through a network. If the communication message is received through the network, the converted event is re-converted into an event that has an executable format by referring to the event format conversion rules table. An event filter refers to an event filter table that has processing necessity information for each event and sends only an event that needs to be processed to an event processing portion. Even if the local system cannot execute an event, the event is transmitted to another system through a communicating portion.

摘要: A bias control circuit for a radio-frequency power amplifier which performs linear power amplification of an intermittent radio-frequency signal. The control circuit includes a bias voltage setting circuit for supplying a bias voltage of a predetermined value to a power amplifying element during a time period in which substantially none of the radio-frequency signal is supplied to the power amplifying element, and for setting the idle current of the power amplifying element to a predetermined value. The control circuit further includes a sample and hold circuit for sampling and holding the bias voltage during the time period in which substantially none of the radio-frequency signal is supplied to the power amplifying element. The output voltage of the sample and hold circuit is supplied as a bias voltage to the power amplifying element during the subsequent time period of supply of the radio-frequency signal to the power amplifying element, whereby the idle current of the power amplifying element is stabilized despite any temperature fluctuation.

摘要: A signal reproducing method comprising the steps of: inputting a reproduction signal of a signal which was encoded by a predetermined coding system; converting states of a plurality of portions of the waveform of the reproduction signal into numerical values in order to reproduce the input reproduction signal as the signal of a code train of "1" or "0"; and sequentially determining the portions as many as only the number specified by the coding system among the plurality of portions which were converted into the numerical values to be "1" on the basis of the magnitudes of the numerical values. By this arrangement, a signal reproducing method which can be reduced code errors of the reproduced signal may be provided.
