Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may establish, by a first subscription of the UE, a connection to a first network entity using two transmit (Tx) chains of the UE. The UE may receive, by a second subscription of the UE, a paging message from a second network entity. The UE may receive, by the first subscription from the second subscription, a request for the first subscription to enter a mode that supports one Tx chain. The UE, by the first subscription, may reduce the two Tx chains to the one Tx chain for the first subscription. The UE may perform, by the second subscription to the second network entity, the connection setup based at least in part on the first subscription reducing the two Tx chains to the one Tx chain. Numerous other aspects are described.

Abstract: A user equipment (UE) configured for dual connectivity with a split bearer configuration may transmit uplink data packets to one or both a master cell group (MCG) and a secondary cell group (SCG). The UE may transmit an uplink transmission from a packet data convergence protocol (PDCP) entity over one or both of a first radio link control (RLC) entity associated with the MCG and a second RLC entity associated with the SCG. The configuration including a transmit buffer threshold. The UE may receive, at the PDCP entity, an uplink switch start indication. The UE may activate the second RLC entity in response to receiving the uplink switch start indication. The UE may transmit a buffer status report according to a current transmit buffer level plus the transmit buffer threshold. Accordingly, the UE may communicate with the SCG based on the uplink switch start indication.

Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide a method for wireless communication by a user equipment (UE). The UE starts a first timer (such as a discontinuous reception (DRX) hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) round-trip-time (RTT) timer), after sending an uplink (UL) data transmission to a network entity. Abstract: Wireless communication techniques for antenna-switched diversity and multi-SIM concurrent operation management are discussed. A UE may communicate via a transmission path associated with a first subscriber identification module (SIM). The transmission path may be mapped to one of a first one or more antennas in accordance with a determination as to whether the UE supports at least one of frequency-division duplex (FDD) antenna-switched diversity or time-division duplex (TDD) antenna-switched diversity when concurrently performing wireless communication associated with the first SIM and wireless communication associated with a second SIM. The UE may also communicate via at least one reception path associated with the second SIM. Abstract: Apparatus, methods, and computer-readable media for facilitating managing multi-SIM concurrent mode for TDD co-banded or spectrum overlap carriers are disclosed herein. An example method for wireless communication at a user equipment (UE) includes estimating a maximum transmit power for a first subscriber based on a low-noise amplifier (LNA) input power threshold associated with an active receive chain of a second subscriber, where the UE comprises the first subscriber and the second subscriber. The example method also includes transmitting, via an active transmit chain of the first subscriber, an uplink transmission at the first subscriber maximum transmit power based on the first subscriber and the second subscriber operating concurrently, and a transmit power associated with the uplink transmission being greater than the first subscriber maximum transmit power.
