摘要： A refrigerator which includes an outer case defining the outer appearance of the refrigerator, the inner case received in the outer case and defining a storage compartment, the insulation member filled in a gap between the outer case and the inner case for heat insulation, and a noise attenuation member disposed between an outer surface of the inner case and the insulation member to induce a sliding movement between the inner case and the insulation member. The insulation member is slidable relative to the insulation member when the inner case expands or contracts in accordance with a variation of temperature, whereby the generation of frictional noise due to friction between the inner case and the insulation member can be greatly reduced.

Since the liquid crystal aligning layer has excellent thermal stability and no residual image, the liquid crystal aligning layer is usefully applied to the liquid crystal display.

摘要： The invention relates to a micro multi-layered thin film hydrogen fuel cell system, which includes a reformer comprising a flow path formed at a side of a substrate and a catalyst in the flow path to reform a fuel into hydrogen. The fuel cell system also includes a cell for generating current using the hydrogen from the reformer. The cell comprises a pair of first and second substrates covering the substrate of the reformer with a membrane electrode assembly disposed between the pair of substrates with a catalyst formed thereon. The fuel cell system further includes a combustor for burning remaining fuel gas to generate heat. The combustor comprises a substrate disposed at an outer side of the second substrate of the cell, and a flow path formed in the substrate with a catalyst formed thereon.

In the present invention, a black layer formed between a transparent electrode and a bus electrode is formed together with a black matrix at the same time. In this case, the black layer is formed together with the black matrix in one. Cheap nonconductive oxide is used as a black powder of a black layer. Specifically, in case the black layer and the black matrix are formed in one, the bus electrode is shifted to a non-discharge area to improve the brightness of the plasma display panel.

摘要： A method for forming an isolation structure on a semiconductor substrate includes opening a portion of a pad oxide layer overlying the substrate using a process gas including an etchant gas and a polymer-forming gas. A portion of the substrate exposed by the opening step is etched to form a trench having a first slope and a second slope. The first slope is greater than 45 degrees, and the second slope is less than 45 degrees. The trench is filled to form the isolation structure.
