摘要： The present invention provides a single carrier/DS-CDMA packet transmission method wherein a predetermined time slot is assigned to reservation demand packet transmission in regard to a spreading code, and the reservation demand packet and data packets are time-multiplexed for transmission. An uplink packet transmission method in a multi-carrier/DS-CDMA mobile communication system is also provided, wherein frames are set up in each communication channel of a subcarrier, time slots which are time-segments of the frames are set up further, and a mobile station spreads a packet to be transmitted by a spreading code and the information signal is transmitted to a base station in a predetermined time slot. A downlink channel configuration in a multi-carrier/DS-CDMA mobile communication system is further provided, wherein a plurality of communication channels assigned to each of a plurality of subcarriers are divided for every predetermined time frame, and multiplexed, and the plurality of the communication channels assigned to each subcarrier include a common-control channel used by a plurality of users in common, and communication channels peculiar to each user.

摘要： In a radio communication system defining a plurality of bandwidths, mobile terminals of kinds respectively corresponding to the plurality of bandwidths are accommodated in the system, and a minimum transmission bandwidth of the plurality of bandwidths is set as a transmission bandwidth of a downlink common channel. Or, every mobile terminal accommodated in the radio communication system is provided with a capability for processing a bandwidth equal to or greater than a predetermined value, and equal to or more than two transmission bandwidths that are equal to or less than a predetermined value are set as a transmission bandwidth of a downlink common channel. In the latter case, the mobile terminal identifies a bandwidth of a received downlink common channel.

摘要： A transmitter comprises a first spreading unit configured to multiply each of multiple data symbols with a first spreading code sequence of a first spreading factor; a compression and repetition unit configured to compress output signals of the first spreading unit in time domain and repeat the compressed signal L times (where L is a natural number greater than or equal to 2); a phase modulation unit configured to multiply the compressed and repeated signal with a user dependent phase and output a data block consisting of L sub-blocks; a second spreading unit configured to replicate the data block according to a second spreading factor and multiply each set of the replicated sub-blocks with a second spreading code sequence of the second spreading factor to produce a two-dimensionally spread signal; and a wireless transmission unit configured to transmit the two-dimensionally spread signal using a single-carrier transmission scheme.

摘要： A disclosed downlink channel configuration method in a radio communication system includes a step of including a broadcast channel, a paging channel, and a downlink shared channel as transport channels; a step of including as a physical channel a physical downlink shared channel to which the downlink shared channel of the transport channel is mapped; and a step of sharing the downlink shared channel by plural users without using a dedicated channel separately allocated to each of the users. In a preferred embodiment, as the physical channels, there are further included a physical broadcast channel as an independent radio resource to which the broadcast channel of the transport channel is mapped and a physical paging channel as an independent radio resource to which the paging channel of the transport channel is mapped.
