Abstract:
A chemicals mixing container includes: a cylinder (8) having a tubular shaped outer tube (10), and an end wall (11) which seals one end of the outer tube; an elastic partition wall (12) placed inside the outer tube to define a mixing chamber (5) within the cylinder; and an ejection auxiliary member (13) placed inside the outer tube and outside the mixing chamber, and which has an end face swollen toward the mixing chamber and moreover which is enabled to press the elastic partition wall against the end wall. The chemicals mixing container is enabled to reliably mix a liquid material and a powder material together and discharge a mixture (18) of the liquid material and the powder material without waste.
Abstract:
To examine a contamination state of a worker having worked in a radiation controlled zone, a first unit detects contamination of a front or back surface of the worker and outputs a first signal indicating a contamination state of the surface. A second unit detects contamination of an arm's inner side surface of the worker and outputs a second signal indicating a contamination state of the arm's side surface. A third unit detects contamination of a trunk's side surface of the worker and outputs a third signal indicating a contamination state of the trunk's side surface. A processing unit detects the presence of contamination of the front or back surface and the armpit's both sides based on the outputted first signal, on the second signal output when the second unit moves up together with the third unit, and on the third signal output when the third unit moves up.

Abstract:
Provided is a paper-making machine belt (or a paper-making shoe-press belt), which is excellent in a wet-web water-squeezing property, which is stable in a paper quality (e.g., wet-web smoothness or marking property), and which has little damage (e.g., cracking or wear) of the outer circumference of the belt being used. The paper-making shoe-press belt carries a felt for accepting the squeezed water from the wet-web and has draining grooves extended in the felt-side surface. The paper-making shoe-press belt is characterized in that the draining grooves extended in the felt-side surface have at least two kinds of different groove shapes in the transverse direction (or the CMD direction) of the paper-making machine. The groove shape enables the grooves of two continuous and discontinuous kinds to share the functions thereby to satisfy the improvements in the drainage and in the paper quality and the wet-web surface smoothness at the same time.

An image forming apparatus includes an image forming unit for forming an image; a status conversion unit for converting the multi-value pixel data into status values; plural reference look-up tables each indicating an association between an arrangement of the status values of a target pixel and adjacent pixels in a pixel window and an output data value of the multi-value pixel data to be output; a determining unit for determining a target reference look-up table based on the arrangement; and a generating unit configured to change an input data value of the multi-value pixel data, into the output data value of the determined target reference look-up table, and for outputting the multi-value pixel data to the image forming unit.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a substrate treatment apparatus which sets substrate loading intervals to treatment chambers to a fixed value and prevents the occurrence of stagnancy of substrates in the treatment chambers. The substrate treatment apparatus includes a substrate conveyance chamber 5 which has a substrate conveyance device 11, a plurality of treatment chambers 6 to 9 in which a treatment time of at least one treatment chamber differs from treatment times of other treatment chambers and the respective treatment chambers are communicated with the conveyance chamber, and a control part 12 which controls a conveyance operation of the substrate conveyance device by setting treatment schedules of the substrates. In sequentially treating a plurality of substrates by the treatment chambers based on the preset same treatment schedule, the control part, using a time corresponding to a sum of the treatment time of the treatment chamber having the longest treatment time out of the treatment chambers predetermined during the treatment schedule and conveyance times before and after the treatment time with respect to the treatment chamber as a reference substrate loading interval, sets the substrate loading interval of respective substrates to the firstly loaded treatment chamber.
Abstract:
A recovered toner classifier includes a rotatable cylindrical-shaped filter and a fur brush having a brush spirally provided on an outer peripheral surface of a rotation shaft. A non-brush region is continuously formed from the inlet of the filter for the recovered toner through the outlet of the filter for discharging the disposal toner along the axis line of the rotation shaft. The fur brush integrally rotates with the rotation shaft with a tip portion of the brush is in press-contact with an inner peripheral surface of the filter. A screw conveyer having a screw on a portion of the rotation shaft on a side of the inlet of the filter for the recovered toner is provided to convey the recovered toner to the inlet of the filter for the recovered toner.
Abstract:
By indirectly monitoring a warping amount of a substrate, it is possible to examine causes easily when substrate processing such as deposition is performed with nonuniform in-plane temperature of the substrate and a defect in a substrate characteristic, for example in uniformity of a film thickness, is caused. In a substrate processing apparatus for processing a substrate, a substrate holding body for holding the substrate on its surface and a resistance heater for heating the substrate through the substrate holding body are provided. Radiation thermometers for measuring temperature of the substrate holding body, which has a correlation with a warping amount of the substrate, from its rear surface side are provided to the resistance heater. The substrate holding body is provided to be rotatable with respect to the radiation thermometers so that temperature information of the substrate holding body in a circumferential direction can be obtained. A calculator as a monitor for monitoring the warping amount of the substrate having a correlation with the temperature of the substrate holding body, based on the measured values of the radiation thermometers, is provided. A command for correcting the warping amount is sent to a control means, based on the warping amount determined by the calculator, to control the resistance heater, as necessary.
