    摘要: According to certain embodiments, a method performed by a network node comprises indicating in a control message at least a Modulation and Coding Scheme (MCS) and a scaling factor for a shared downlink channel. The scaling factor indicates a value less than 1. The method further comprises sending the control message to a User Equipment (UE), the control message enabling determination of a Transport Block Size (TBS) for the shared downlink channel.
    According to certain embodiments, a method performed by a wireless device comprises receiving a control message. The control message indicates at least a Modulation and Coding Scheme (MCS) and a scaling factor for a shared downlink channel. The scaling factor indicates a value less than 1. The method further comprises determining a transport block size (TBS) based on the MCS and the scaling factor indicated in the control message.

    摘要: According to some embodiments, a method is performed by a wireless device operable to receive scheduling and data transmission from one or more downlink cells and perform uplink transmission with two or more uplink cells. The method comprises receiving scheduling for a downlink transmission in one of the downlink cells and scheduling for an uplink transmission in one of the uplink cells to provide feedback for the downlink transmission and determining whether the uplink transmission is scheduled at least a minimum processing time after the scheduled downlink transmission. The minimum processing time is based on a numerology of the downlink cells and the uplink cells. The method further comprises, upon determining that the uplink transmission is not scheduled at least a minimum processing time after the scheduled downlink transmission, transmitting an indication to at least one cell of the one or more downlink cells.

In one embodiment, a method comprises receiving information for configuring a UE to monitor a PDCCH according to two non-fallback DCI formats, and information for configuring the UE with higher-layer parameters indicating the enabling of a 1024-QAM MCS table for a serving cell. The method also comprises detecting a DCI format scheduling a PDSCH for the serving cell, wherein the DCI format comprises an MCS index; determining a transport block size (TBS) of the PDSCH using the MCS index and the 1024-QAM MCS table; determining a reference block size for LBRM for a transport block on the PDSCH based on a reference modulation order based on the higher-layer parameters; receiving the PDSCH on a Downlink (DL) Bandwidth Part (BWP); and decoding the PDSCH based on the determined TBS and the determined reference block size for LBRM.
