Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for packaging objects (4, 154, 164, 174, 184) which are at least partially self-adhesive by means of a packaging material (1, 30, 95, 151). Said packaging material segmentally comprises an anti-adhesive arrangement (2, 33, 93, 103, 124, 152, 162, 172, 175, 176, 182, 192), whereby the objects (4, 154, 164, 174, 184) are laid on the packing material with their self-adhesive section on the section of the packing material with an anti-adhesive arrangement (1, 30, 95, 151) and the objects (4, 154, 164, 174, 184) are finally covered by packing material (1, 30, 9, 151).
Abstract:
The invention relates to radioactive ruthenium sources with a dosage rate of at least 1.5 Gy/min at a distance (water) of 2 mm, consisting of an activity carrier and an encapsulation of the carrier made of a material compatible with the human body. A multilayer system made of metals and/or alloys is galvanically applied on the carrier. At least two layers in said system are made of ruthenium 106 and inactive intermediate layers made of other metals or alloys are provided between the radioactive ruthenium layers. The activity carrier is encapsulated with a material compatible with the human body, for instance a metal or a plastic material. Encapsulation can be carried out by filing a capsule and subsequently sealing or galvanically depositing a top layer made, for instance of hard gold.
Abstract:
The invention concerns a hatchback door (1) motor vehicle with hatchback door parts (5, 5′) displaceably mounted in relation to the hatchback door. The hatchback door parts are lamellas (5, 5′) which are rotatably mounted in relation to the hatch-back opening (3) and which can be pushed together into at least one lamella package in the open position.
Abstract:

Abstract:
In a communications system with a plurality of subscriber stations independent from each other, where each subscriber station can access according to a multiple access method a joint duplex transmission channel, the probability becomes very large for simultaneous attempts to get access and thereby the probability of signal destruction becomes particularly large. In order to avoid a blockage of the service channel each subscriber station occupies the duplex transmission channel with a short access signal for initiating a transmission starting with the subscriber station. The subscriber station characterized by the position in time and/or the information contents of the signalling short designation call is thereupon invited by the central base station to provide complete identification information.
Abstract:
In prior cellular radio transmission systems a base radio station (BS) periodically transmits references identifying control channels associated with such base radio station, references identifying control channels of adjoining base stations, and references identifying a substitute control channel. The invention reduces the number of references which must be transmitted by a base station, which is of particular advantage in an integrated services cellular radio transmission system. A transmission channel of each base station is assigned as a simplex message transmission channel (COCH) in which a given base station (BS) transmits to the mobile stations (MS) information describing the structure of the control channels (CCH). Such information includes references (NC) to message transmission channels of adjoining base stations and references (CC) to one or more control channels assigned to the given base station. Since the message transmission channels are at a higher level in the hierarchy of references than the control channels, access by several different kinds of subscriber sets and different services can be provided by transmitting a relatively small number of references.
Abstract:
A method and apparatus for use in a digital radio transmission system comprising stationary radio stations arranged in a cellular network and to which are assigned a plurality of mobile radio stations. Transmission of digital messages from a stationary radio station to the mobile radio stations assigned to it is effected by wide-band code division multiplex modulation, and transmission of digital messages from such mobile radio stations to the stationary radio station is effected by narrow-band frequency multiplex modulation. This reduces bandwidth requirements and improves the signal-to-noise ratio for each direction of transmission.
Abstract:
Apparatus for locating and securing an object in first and second end positions between which it is movable comprising two parallel pivot arms which support the object for movement between its end positions and fittings at the end positions on both sides of the object. The fittings are provided with inclined guide surfaces and latching holes adapted for receiving latching pins on the object under spring pressure when the object is at the end positions. Located around the latching pins are guide nuts adapted for cooperating with the inclined guide surfaces in order to position the object as it approaches and occupies its end positions. The inclined guide surfaces of the fittings face one another and converge in the direction of entry of the object between the fittings. The fittings also have guide surfaces extending perpendicular to the inclined guide surfaces whereby the guide nuts are guided along their end faces and along circumferential guide surfaces. The circumferential guide surfaces of the guide nuts are urged against the associated guide surfaces of the fittings by a gas cartridge pivotally connected to the pivot arms and the object.
Abstract:
A long-distance truck or trailer cabin in which a bin is arranged above the windshield in an angular space between the roof and the front wall of the cabin. The bin is confined by a horizontal bottom and a rear end wall. The bin, furthermore, has a sliding curtain arranged at the front wall and the side walls to cover the side windows and the windshield. The curtain, moreover, is suspended in a continuous runner. A compartment is provided in a recess in the horizontal bottom at substantially the center of the cabin. The compartment has a downward-directed opening and a cover which is pivotally supported by horizontal hinges. The runner extends across the opening section of the compartment. The cover may be provided with a shape conforming to a bulging cylindrical shelf or cupped saucer. A curtain, furthermore, may part vertically at substantially the center of the cabin.
