Abstract:
A motor simulator without requiring a motor is a testing motor controller used for inputting a driving signal according to a power supply driving signal, feeding back a status response of a dynamic calculator of the motor simulator, outputting a voltage and current reference command value required by the motor simulator to the motor simulator, so that the dynamic calculator and the electric power converter installed in the motor simulator generate a voltage and a current of an actual motor in an operating status. Therefore, the testing motor controller keeps converting and adjusting the electric energy for driving an operation of the motor simulator according to a status response fed back by the dynamic calculator of the motor simulator, so as to achieve a control function of the testing motor controller for testing the rotation speed and positioning of the motor.

A substrate of semiconductor is formed by a method including preparing two aluminum nitride (AlN) substrates; forming a first buffer layer on a surface of each AlN substrate; forming a second buffer layer on a free surface of each first buffer layer; and providing an oxygen free copper (OFC) layer to be securely sandwiched between the second buffer layers through a sintering process. Said substrate is a sandwiched structure and is able to be directly carried out coating process to grow semiconductor device thereon.

In a method of fabricating graphite films, mesophase pitch, a polymer material and an organic solvent are used to produce a carbon precursor slurry, and the carbon precursor slurry is coated to produce the graphite films. Since the method of using natural graphite as a raw material in production requires a number of purification processes to manufacture an expanded graphite powder before the graphite films can be produced, and thus the fabricating cost is very high, and other high-priced materials such as polyimide (PI) or graphene also will increase the total cost.

A vision based pedestrian and cyclist detection method includes receiving an input image, calculating a pixel value difference between each pixel and the neighbor pixels thereof, quantifying the pixel value difference as a weight of pixel, proceeding statistics for the pixel value differences and the weights, determining intersections of the statistics as a feature of the input image, classifying the feature into human feature and non-human feature, confirming the human feature belonging to cyclist according to the spatial relationship between the human feature and the detected two-wheeled vehicle, and retaining one detection result for each cyclist by suppressing other weaker spatial relationships between the human feature and the detected two-wheeled vehicle.

A multi-channel glare-suppression device of a digital image system first acquires a spatial image, and at least one first lens set then collects light from the spatial image and generates an optical image. The optical image then passes through or is reflected by an optical modulation module to generate a modulated image. At least one second lens set further scales the modulated image and focuses the modulated image to generate a scaled image on a photo-sensing module for the photo-sensing module to convert the scaled image into an image signal. A processing module senses the photo-sensing module. When detecting a current higher than a threshold generated in a region of the photo-sensing module, the processing module then generates the control signal to modulate a region of the modulated image so as to attenuate the glare in the region of the modulated image.

Polymer spheres are fabricated. Dispersing polymerization and a two-stage swelling procedure are processed. The polymer spheres fabricated have uniform granular sizes and are highly cross-linking. Thus, the polymer spheres are heat-resistant and solvent-resistant.

Disclosed is a method for hot isostatic pressing a substrate. At first, a metal container is provided. Powder is filled in the metal container before the metal container is located in an oven. The metal container is subjected to isostatic pressing that includes heating and pressing. Thus, the metal container shrinks and presses on the powder evenly and turns the powder into a nugget. The metal container is moved out of the oven and broken to release the nugget. A substrate is cut from the nugget. With the hot isostatic pressing, the substrate exhibits only a few flaws and is large, fine, homogenous and strong so that the substrate is not vulnerable to deformation in a high-pressure environment.

A hydraulic brake system includes a body with cavities, a vacuum brake booster port, a first caliber port and a channel system defined therein. An accumulator is located in a first one of the cavities. A first proportional solenoid valve is located in a second one of the cavities. A traction control valve is located in a third one of the cavities. The channel system is connected to the accumulator, the first proportional solenoid valve and the traction control valve via the first, second and third cavities. The channel system is further connected to the vacuum brake booster port and the first caliber port. The vacuum brake booster port, the accumulator, the first proportional solenoid valve, the traction control valve and the channel system are used together to control brake fluid to exert a first baking force on the first caliber port.

The present invention relates to a voltage converting circuit of active-clamping zero voltage switch, consisting of a transformed unit, a primary-side input unit, a second-side output unit, and a first switch, wherein the primary-side input unit has a clamping capacitor and a second switch, which are used for avoid from the production of spike voltage on the first switch when the first switch is turned off, so as to increase the voltage conversion efficiency of the voltage converting circuit.

An electronic seal includes a radio frequency identification apparatus, an antenna assembly and an impedance matching circuit. The radio frequency identification apparatus includes at least two radio frequency identification units each for providing a specific code for identification. The antenna assembly is electrically connected to the radio frequency identification units. The antenna assembly is used to receive an electromagnetic signal for identification to excite the radio frequency identification units to transmit the specific codes through the antenna assembly. The impedance matching circuit is provided between the radio frequency identification units and the antenna assembly for adjusting the impedance matching of the radio frequency identification units to the antenna assembly, thus adjusting excitation powers and feedback powers of the specific codes from the radio frequency identification units through the antenna assembly.
