Abstract: Provides an electropolishing treatment method for a stainless steel workpiece, wherein the method comprises the following steps: placing the stainless steel workpiece in an oxalic acid solution and performing supersonic oscillation; performing a first electropolishing treatment to the stainless steel workpiece, wherein the first electropolishing treatment uses the stainless steel workpiece as an anode and 10% to 15% perchloric acid as an electrolyte, and when a constant voltage is set as 12V, the first electropolishing treatment procedure is performed; and performing a second electropolishing treatment to the stainless steel workpiece, wherein the second electropolishing treatment uses the stainless steel workpiece after the first electropolishing treatment as an anode, and an electrolyte consists of ethanol, sulfuric acid and perchloric acid, and when a constant voltage is set as 12V, the second electropolishing treatment is performed to obtain the stainless steel workpiece after the second electropolishing treatment.

Abstract: Electric vehicle range extending apparatus includes a step-down voltage provision unit, cell voltage sensing unit, cell switching unit, and control unit. The step-down voltage provision unit has an input port to be coupled to the main battery pack or an auxiliary battery pack, and an output port to output a power balancing signal. The cell voltage sensing unit is for being coupled to the battery cells and sensing individual voltages of the battery cells. The cell switching unit, including a plurality of switches, is coupled to the battery cells respectively, and coupled to the output port. The control unit, coupled to the cell voltage sensing unit, step-down voltage provision unit, and cell switching unit, is for controlling the cell switching unit based on the individual voltages of the battery cells so as to apply the power balancing signal to at least one of the battery cells selectively.

Abstract: The curved flow channel with built-in lattice structure provided by the present application is configured with the lattice structure disposed at the outer inside wall of the curved section away from a center of curvature of the curved section. Through geometry and distribution design of the lattice structure, flow rate and flow direction of fluid impacting the lattice structure can be altered, which achieves the purpose of flow rate redistribution in the curved flow channel and produces a downstream flow field with uniform distribution.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a double-output high-efficiency LED light-modulating circuit, comprising: a single-stage flyback power factor corrector, a DC/DC convertor, an LED module, and a light-modulating switch. In the present invention, it mainly utilizes the single-stage flyback power factor corrector for carrying out the purposes of reducing the components of an LED luminaire controlling circuit and increasing the circuit power conversion efficiency. Moreover, the double-output high-efficiency LED light-modulating circuit further includes a twin-bus light modulation framework, which can not only reduce the cross voltage of the power switch in back-end DC/DC convertor, but also process a high-frequency light modulation and a low-frequency light modulation to the LED luminaire. Therefore, because the cross voltage of the power switch has been reduced, a power switch with lower Rds can be used in the back-end DC/DC convertor for increasing switching speed and reducing switching losses.

Abstract: A powder recycling system includes a supply tank, a continuous loss-in-weight module, a pneumatic module, a transfer channel, a recycle module, and a refilling tank. The supply tank accommodates recycling powder. The continuous loss-in-weight module includes a storage tank receiving the recycling powder from the supply tank and a rotary output pipe connected to the storage tank to output the recycling powder. The continuous loss-in-weight module controls the mass flow rate of the output of the recycling powder according to the weight change of the storage tank. The pneumatic module enables the recycling powder to float and move in the transfer channel. The recycle module is connected to the transfer channel to receive the recycling powder, sieves the recycling powder, provides virgin powder, and mixes the virgin powder with the recycling powder. The refilling tank is connected to the recycle module to receive the recycling powder and the virgin powder.
