摘要： A bottle for spraying or dispensing liquids comprising a principal chamber, a siphon tube extending alongside the chamber and a separate trigger bulb connected to the top of the siphon tube. The siphon tube is also pinch molded so that a valve seat is formed therein. When the trigger bulb is decompressed, the liquid that is drawn up into the siphon tube cascades over into the trigger bulb. When the trigger bulb is fully primed, any pressure subsequently applied to the trigger bulb will cause the liquid to be sprayed out of the bottle.

摘要： An improved dip tube for a hand operated dispensing device is disclosed comprising a longitudinally extending dip tube having an outer surface and an inner surface for defining a wall thickness therebetween. A plurality of surface projections protrude from the inner surface of the dip tube and extend longitudinally along an internal channel of the dip tube. The plurality of surface projections are uniformly disposed about the dip tube for defining a plurality of recessed portions therebetween. The plurality of surface projections define major wall thickness portions for providing structural strength for the dip tube. The improved dip tube provides a conventional cross-section area of the internal channel with a reduced volume of material used in the construction of the improved dip tube.

摘要： A laminated bottle including a bottle body having at least two layers, an outer layer and an inner layer, in order to prevent the outside of the bottle from collapse under a reduced pressure inside the bottle. The inner layer of the bottle body and the outer layer adjacent the inner layer are made to be freely peelable from each other, with the inner layer and the outer layer being at least partially bonded together at bonding band and locking portion locations. As the inner layer is peeled away from the outer layer and collapsed in a bag-like configuration upon vaporization or emptying of the bottle contents, deformation of the outer layer is not likely to occur.

摘要： A collapsible pump chamber is provided which includes several functional elements of a pump device. For example, the collapsible pump chamber may be a bellows which includes a functional element of an outlet valve, a functional element of a biasing feature, and a functional element of a spin chamber. Consequently, a functional element of all of the downstream functions are incorporated into the bellows. This can significantly reduce costs due to reduced tooling and assembly, for example. In contrast, there are no upstream components incorporated into the bellows which enables the upstream or inlet end of the bellows to be wide open. This wide open upstream end of the bellows makes molding easier.

摘要： A liquid spray gun including (1) a reusable air gun portion including a manually operable valve for controlling air flow; and (2) a disposable container and spray nozzle assembly including a sheet of flexible material having portions attached together and to a central portion of a tube to form a chamber, a liquid in the chamber, and an aspirating nozzle connected to the tube and adapted to be releasably coupled to the air gun portion so that upon movement of air through the nozzle liquid in the chamber will be entrained in that air and sprayed from the nozzle. The assembly can include a coil comprising a strip disposed in a plurality of wraps about an axis and having a spring temper biasing the strip to an axially extended position to form a tube like structure, with an end portion of the coil positioned around an end portion of the tube within the bag so that during spraying the tube like structure will insure that most of the liquid can be dispensed from the chamber. The sheet of flexible material also includes edge segments that are not attached together to thereby form vents for communicating the chamber to the atmosphere.
