摘要:
A fluid system having a variable displacement fluid direct fluid in a closed loop circuit to a fluid cylinder having a piston and a pair of connecting rods extending from opposite sides of the piston externally of the fluid cylinder. A main directional control valve disposed in the closed circuit between the inlet and outlet of the fluid pump is adapted to selectively direct fluid to one side of the piston within the fluid cylinder, while exhausting fluid from the other side of the piston, to selectively move the piston within the fluid cylinder. The rate of movement of the piston in either direction of movement is controlled by the amount of fluid displaced by the fluid pump. A second directional control valve is adapted to fluid FLUID from a second source of fluid to a pressure responsive displacement control mechanism to selectively vary the displacement of the fluid pump between a maximum and a minimum value. The rate of fluid flow to the pressure responsive displacement control mechanism is selectively varied to control the rate of displacement of the fluid pump and to thereby selectively control the rate of movement of the cylinder piston. A remotely controlled pilot operated pressure relief valve, having an inlet connection in fluid communication with the outlet conduit of the fluid pump upstream from the main directional control valve and an outlet connection in fluid communication with the inlet conduit of the fluid pump between the fluid pump and the main directional control valve, is operable to reduce the normal operating pressure in the outlet conduit, and thus the operating pressure of the fluid in the main fluid cylinder, to a lower predetermined value when the pressure responsive displacement control mechanism is actuated to vary the displacement of the fluid pump toward a minimum value.

DISCLOSED HEREIN CONTROL APPARATUS FOR A HYDRAULIC DRIVE ARRANGEMENT PROVIDING THE DRIVE ARRANGEMENT WITH STANBY, INTERMITTENT, AND CONTINUOUS MODES OF OPERATION. A FLUID PRESSURE SOURCE, HYDRAULIC MOTOR, AND CONTROL APPARATUS FOR REGULATING FLUID FLOW BETWEEN THE FLUID SOURCE AND THE MOTOR FORM THE DRIVE ARRANGEMENT. THE CONTROL APPARATUS INCLUDES A PLURALITY OF FLOW PATHS THRUGH THE APPARAGUS, A PLURALITY OF VALVES DISPOSED IN THE FLOW PATHS WITH EACH VALVE HAVING A PLURALITY OF OPERATING POSITONS, AND STRUCTURE FOR OPERATING THE VALVES TO MOVE THE VALVES BETWEEN THE VARIOUS OPERATING POSITIONS TO REGULATE FLUID
FLOW THROUGH THE CONTROL APPARATUS. A MECHANICAL FEEDBACK LOOP OPERABLE IN RESPONSE TO A PREDETERMINED ANGULAR INCREMENTAL ADVANCE OF THE MOTOR CONTROLS THE OPERATING POSITON OF ONE OF THE VALVES WHEREBY THE MOTOR MAY BE UTILIZED FOR THE POSITIONING OF A DRIVEN MEMBER OR LOAD ACCURATELY AND RAPIDLY EITHER IN A SERIES OF PREDETERMINED INCREMENTS OR IN A SINGLE CONTINUOUS OPERATION.

A bi-directional pump connected to a motor by a pair of supply/discharge lines; a regulator changes the bi-directional pump tilting angle; and a controller controls the regulator based on a turning signal outputted from a turning operation valve. At the turning acceleration, at which the signal increases, the controller calculates a motor flow rate passing through the motor and an instruction flow rate determined based on the turning signal. If the instruction flow rate is greater than a reference flow rate obtained by adding a predetermined value to the motor flow rate, the controller controls the regulator so the bi-directional pump tilting angle is adjusted to a tilting angle realizing the reference flow rate. If the instruction flow rate is not greater than the reference flow rate, the controller controls the regulator so the bi-directional pump tilting angle is adjusted to a tilting angle realizing the instruction flow rate.

A drive control system of a hydraulic excavator includes a control device. When accelerating a turning body to a target turning speed, the drive control device controls an operation of the electric motor driving device such that the electric motor outputs high efficiency torque by which a highest electric power efficiency is obtained at the target turning speed. The control device controls an operation of an oil pressure supply device such that residual torque obtained by subtracting the high efficiency torque from target torque is output from an oil-pressure motor.

In some applications, a piston of a hydraulic actuator may move at high speeds, and large undesired forces may be generated if the piston reaches an end-stop of the hydraulic actuator at a high speed. The undesired forces may, for example, cause mechanical damage in the hydraulic actuator. A controller may receive information indicative of the piston reaching a first position at a first threshold distance from the end-stop, and, in response, may modify a signal to a valve assembly controlling flow of hydraulic fluid to and from the hydraulic actuator. Further, the controller may receive information indicative of the piston reaching a second position at a second threshold distance closer to the end-stop of the hydraulic actuator, and, in response, the controller may further modify the signal to the valve assembly so as to apply a force on the piston in a away from the end-stop.

A hydraulic control system is disclosed for use with a machine. The hydraulic control system may have a tank, a pump, a swing motor, and at least one control valve configured to control fluid flow between the pump, the swing motor, and the tank. The hydraulic system may also have an accumulator configured to selectively receive pressurized fluid discharged from the swing motor and selectively supply pressurized fluid to the swing motor, at least one accumulator valve, and a controller. The controller may be configured to receive input indicative of a difference between desired and actual speeds of the swing motor, and determine if the swing motor is accelerating or decelerating based on the difference. The controller may also be configured to control the at least one accumulator valve to cause the accumulator to selectively receive or supply pressurized fluid only when the swing motor is accelerating or decelerating.
