The hydraulic circuit is arranged such that the optional-attachment-operating direction switching valve receives pressure oil from a pressure oil supply passage which branches from the part of the unloading passage on the upstream of the optional-attachment-operating direction switching valve, the arm-operating direction switching valve receives pressure oil from a pressure oil supply passage which branches from a part of the unloading passage which part is between the optional-attachment-operating direction switching valve and the arm-operating direction switching valve, and the bucket-operating direction switching valve receives the pressure oil from a pressure oil supply passage which branches from a part of the unloading passage which part is between the optional-attachment-operating direction switching valve and the bucket-operating direction switching valve.

    摘要: A hydraulic regeneration system for a work machine is provided. The hydraulic regeneration system includes a first hydraulic actuator having a first chamber and a second chamber, a second hydraulic actuator having a third chamber and a fourth chamber, and a source of pressurized fluid. A first directional control valve is disposed between the source of pressurized fluid and the first chamber of the first hydraulic actuator and the third chamber of the second hydraulic actuator. A second directional control valve is disposed between the source of pressurized fluid and the second chamber of the first hydraulic actuator and the fourth chamber of the second hydraulic actuator. An accumulator may also be used to store pressurized fluid and selectively supply pressurized fluid to increase the efficiency of the work machine.

    摘要: A control valve in fluid communication with an actuator may include a pressurized pilot supply and a fluid reservoir fluidly connected to a passageway defined by a valve body. A pilot operator is selectively moveable within the passageway, and a flow metering operator is moveably disposed within the passageway. A fluid make-up operator, disposed in the passageway and in fluid communication with the fluid reservoir and the actuator, directs pressurized pilot supply fluid in response to a decrease in actuator pressure coinciding with a cavitation condition within the actuator. A control chamber within the valve body contains pressurized fluid from the pilot supply and is in fluid communication with the flow metering operator. The flow metering operator fluidly connects the actuator with the fluid reservoir under the influence of the pressurized fluid within the control chamber through activation by either the pilot operator or the fluid make-up operator.

    摘要: An improved pressure-compensated hydraulic system for feeding hydraulic fluid from a variable displacement pump to multiple hydraulic actuators. A separate valve section controls the fluid flow between the pump and a different actuator. Each valve section has a pressure compensating valve with a valve member and poppet within a bore and biased apart by a spring. The poppet acts as a check valve which prevents fluid flow from the actuator through the valve section to the pump when the back pressure from the load exceeds the pump supply pressure. A pressure differential between the load-dependent pressure and the actuator pressure determines a position of the valve member which controls the pressure applied to the pump pressure control input.
