摘要: A hydraulic system for a work machine includes a first switch valve and a first return circuit. The first switch valve is switchable between a confluent position and an isolation position. The first switch valve is switched to the confluent position such that a first operation fluid tube is connected to a second operation fluid tube and a first transmission fluid tube is connected to a second transmission fluid tube. The first switch valve is switched to the isolation position such that the first operation fluid tube is disconnected from the second operation fluid tube and the first operation fluid tube is disconnected from the second operation fluid tube.

摘要: An optional-attachment-operating direction switching valve is provided in a part of an unloading passage which part is on the upstream of an arm-operating direction switching valve and a bucket-operating direction switching valve. The hydraulic circuit is arranged such that the optional-attachment-operating direction switching valve receives pressure oil from a pressure oil supply passage which branches from the part of the unloading passage on the upstream of the optional-attachment-operating direction switching valve, the arm-operating direction switching valve receives pressure oil from a pressure oil supply passage which branches from a part of the unloading passage which part is between the optional-attachment-operating direction switching valve and the arm-operating direction switching valve, and the bucket-operating direction switching valve receives the pressure oil from a pressure oil supply passage which branches from a part of the unloading passage which part is between the optional-attachment-operating direction switching valve and the bucket-operating direction switching valve.

The energy recovery system may be configured to store fluid from the hydraulic actuator under an overrunning load condition, and the stored fluid may be directed through the pump inlet and into the hydraulic actuator.

A pump system having first and second hydraulic lines is coupled to the first and second ports, respectively and is capable of providing hydraulic fluid to either the first and second lines. First and second pressure sensors are coupled to the first and second lines, respectively. A third line is coupled between the first and second lines and includes first and second valves mounted in series therein. Preferably, the first and second valves are capable of latching in the open position. A reservoir is coupled to the third line between the first and second valves. A shut off valve is included for cutting off the flow from the reservoir.

摘要: In the present invention, a power system includes at least one hydraulic cylinder that defines a first fluid volume and a second fluid volume separated from one another via a moveable plunger. Hydraulic power created within the hydraulic cylinder is converted to mechanical power by a fluid driven rotating device that is fluidly connected to at least the first fluid volume. A generator is attached to the fluid-driven rotating device, and produces electrical power that is stored in a power storage system including at least one of a battery and a capacitor. The stored electrical power can be supplied to an electric motor that is operable to power a hydraulic pump. The hydraulic pump supplies hydraulic fluid to the hydraulic cylinder. The power system of the present invention is a relatively inexpensive and efficient alternative to a power system including a diesel engine that can be a source of undesirable emissions, noise and vibrations.

摘要: A fluid system includes first and second control valves that control fluid communication with first and second actuators. The first control valve may combine fluid flow from a second end port of the first actuator with fluid flow from a pressurized fluid source when providing a supply of fluid to a first end port of the first actuator. The first and second control valves include first and second signal ports in fluid communication with the supply of fluid to the first and second actuators. A resolver outputs a resolved signal pressure equal to the greater of a first signal pressure output by the first signal port and a second signal pressure output by the second signal port. A compensator in fluid communication with the first control valve and the first actuator controls fluid flow from the first control valve to the first actuator based on the resolved signal pressure.

摘要: A hydraulic regeneration system for a work machine is provided. The hydraulic regeneration system includes a first hydraulic actuator having a first chamber and a second chamber, a second hydraulic actuator having a third chamber and a fourth chamber, and a source of pressurized fluid. A first directional control valve is disposed between the source of pressurized fluid and the first chamber of the first hydraulic actuator and the third chamber of the second hydraulic actuator. A second directional control valve is disposed between the source of pressurized fluid and the second chamber of the first hydraulic actuator and the fourth chamber of the second hydraulic actuator. An accumulator may also be used to store pressurized fluid and selectively supply pressurized fluid to increase the efficiency of the work machine.

摘要: A control valve in fluid communication with an actuator may include a pressurized pilot supply and a fluid reservoir fluidly connected to a passageway defined by a valve body. A pilot operator is selectively moveable within the passageway, and a flow metering operator is moveably disposed within the passageway. A fluid make-up operator, disposed in the passageway and in fluid communication with the fluid reservoir and the actuator, directs pressurized pilot supply fluid in response to a decrease in actuator pressure coinciding with a cavitation condition within the actuator. A control chamber within the valve body contains pressurized fluid from the pilot supply and is in fluid communication with the flow metering operator. The flow metering operator fluidly connects the actuator with the fluid reservoir under the influence of the pressurized fluid within the control chamber through activation by either the pilot operator or the fluid make-up operator.

摘要: An improved pressure-compensated hydraulic system for feeding hydraulic fluid from a variable displacement pump to multiple hydraulic actuators. A separate valve section controls the fluid flow between the pump and a different actuator. Each valve section has a pressure compensating valve with a valve member and poppet within a bore and biased apart by a spring. The poppet acts as a check valve which prevents fluid flow from the actuator through the valve section to the pump when the back pressure from the load exceeds the pump supply pressure. A pressure differential between the load-dependent pressure and the actuator pressure determines a position of the valve member which controls the pressure applied to the pump pressure control input.
