    摘要: The Disclosed is a solenoid valve, in which a rod is moved by a plunger that comes into contact with and separates from a stator by electromagnetic force, causing a valve body that opens and closes a valve to move reciprocally. The valve is configured such that a first space and a second space are formed at respective sides of the plunger in the movement direction thereof, a through-hole is formed in the plunger so as to be concentric with a center axis, the rod is arranged in the first space, and a communication passage is formed between an inner surface of the plunger and an outer surface of the rod and communicates with the first space S1 and the second space.

    摘要: The present invention provides for a solenoid valve assembly including a housing (32) defining a cavity (34). A support (48) is disposed in the cavity and defines a bore (50). A coil (60) is disposed about the support and defines an energized state for generating a magnetic field and a de-energized state. A plunger (74) is movably disposed in the bore of the support between a first position engaging the housing and a second position spaced from the housing. The plunger is radially spaced from the support to define a gap (76) between the plunger and the support. A dampener (86) is coupled to one of the support and the plunger adjacent the gap to prevent direct engagement between the support and the plunger as the plunger moves between the first and second positions during the energized and de-energized states for reducing noise during operation.

    摘要: An electromagnetic linear valve which can effectively suppress a self-excited oscillation of a plunger is provided. A resilient member 64 urges a plunger 22 in a direction in which the core-opposing portions 70, 78 move away from a core portion 28, and moves the plunger 22 in a direction in which the core-opposing portions 70, 78 approach the core portion 28 in the case where an electric current is supplied to a coil 24. In the case where no electric current is supplied to the coil 24, a radially opposing surface area Sr as a surface area of portions of the core-opposing portions 70, 78 which respectively oppose inner peripheral surfaces of recessed portions 74, 76 is smaller than an axially opposing surface area St as a surface area of portions of the core-opposing portions 70, 78 which respectively oppose bottom surfaces of the recessed portions 74, 76, and the radially opposing surface area Sr becomes larger than the axially opposing surface area St in the case where an electric current is supplied to the coil 24 and the core-opposing portions 70, 78 approach most to the core portion 28.
