According to the invention, each of the cylinders (2) is provided with a valve (3) having an electronic device (4) including at least one sensor (14) for measuring the pressure (P) inside the cylinder (2), a system (44) for storing/acquiring and processing data and an electromagnetic wave transmitter (34), for example using radio frequency, designed for the remote transmission of at least one of the following items of information: the identity of the cylinder (2) and the pressure (P) measured inside said cylinder. The method includes a transmission step in which all of the cylinders (2) in the batch (1) transmit at least one item of information of the same type when they are in the same phase of the use cycle at the same time and a step in which the same-type items of information transmitted by the cylinders are compared for the automatic detection of an anomaly in the batch (1).

The adhesive may be pressure sensitive adhesive and include a removable protective cover over the adhesive. The sleeve preferably has a nonslip polymeric material on its inner face, most preferably in a dot matrix of protrusions to interfit with surface roughness of a gas cylinder or the like.

摘要： An anesthetics monitoring device includes an anesthetic vaporizer, from which the anesthetic can be supplied to a setting device supplying dosed amounts of anesthetic to an anesthetics device for dispensing the anesthesia to a patient. The device has a coding for the unmistakable assignment of the setting device to the type of anesthetic used. An automatic recognition of the anesthetic used and a setting to a metering and control unit for dispersing the anesthetic is guaranteed. Any incorrect metering and incorrect setting is prevented. For this purpose, the coding is brought into an operative connection with a receiver provided between the setting device and the anesthetics dispersing device. The receiver is equipped with a scanning apparatus which is connected to the metering and control dispensing unit by means of signal transfer lines.

摘要： An information tag holder for use on the screw-threaded neck of a gas cylinder is made from a plastic sheet which has at least two thread-engagement portions with cut-outs for frictionally engaging over the screw-threads, and a tag supporting surface between the thread-engagement portions. In use, the holder is folded transversely, so that the cut-outs in the respective portions are in register and the holder is applied in this manner to the cylinder. The respective thread-engagement portions are differently dimensioned so that when the cut-outs are in register, the tag supporting surface is inclined.
