    摘要: A leak test system and a leak test method are provided for testing whether a semi-finished product of a speaker has a leak. The semi-finished product of the speaker includes a case. An interface is installed on a surface of the case. The leak test system includes a covering element, a vacuum generator, and a pressure gauge. The covering element is attached on the surface of the case, so that the interface of the semi-finished product of the speaker is covered by the covering element. A negative pressure value of the covering element is generated by the vacuum generator. If the equilibrium pressure value is lower than a default negative pressure value, the leak test system judges that the semi-finished product of the speaker has the leak. Consequently, the testing efficiency is enhanced.

    摘要: A method of checking a seal of a probe chamber or test chamber (thermal chamber) during a freezing temperature chamber condition. The thermal chamber provided includes a probe card or a contactor for electrically testing a semiconductor device under test (DUT), a gas inlet, a chiller which provides a freezing chamber temperature, and a pressure sensor for sensing a pressure in the thermal chamber (chamber pressure). Using the pressure sensor, the chamber pressure is sensed while flowing a dry gas through the gas inlet sufficient to render the chamber pressure a positive pressure. The positive pressure is compared to a reference pressure, and from the comparing it is determined whether the thermal chamber is properly sealed.

    摘要: The electronic device is provided with an automatic leak detection means, notably for a gas leak, in the case of the device. The automatic leak detection means includes a pressure sensor, a temperature sensor and a calculation unit connected to the pressure sensor and to the temperature sensor. The calculation unit, which is a microcontroller, the pressure sensor and the temperature sensor are arranged inside the case. In operation, the microcontroller checks, based on measurements performed by the pressure sensor and the temperature sensor over time, whether the variation in pressure in the case is within a defined margin proportional to the variation in temperature to determine whether or not the case has a sufficient degree of sealing.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a method for inspecting sealability of a vacuum chamber. The vacuum chamber has a closed site in which two sealing rings are arranged in such a way that the two sealing rings form therebetween a sealed compartment. The sealed compartment has a wall in which an evacuation hole is formed. The method for inspecting sealability of a vacuum chamber includes: connecting an evacuation valve through a pipe to the evacuation hole to form evacuation piping; mounting a pressure meter to the evacuation piping; opening the evacuation valve to proceed with evacuation of the sealed compartment and, during the evacuation process, monitoring the pressure meter; and determining sealability of the two sealing rings according to a reading of the pressure meter. The present invention allows for quick evacuation of the sealed compartment and to determine the sealability of the two sealing rings according to the pressure meter.
