摘要: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for communicating user data in a small data transfer (SDT) in a non-terrestrial network (NTN) while a user equipment (UE) is in an idle or inactive mode. A method that may be performed the UE includes transmitting, to a non-terrestrial base station (NTBS) in an NTN, an SDT indication message including a first indication that the UE has user data to transmit in an SDT while the UE is in an idle or inactive mode, receiving, from the NTBS in response to the SDT indication message, a resource indication message including an indication of a set of resources for transmitting user data in the SDT, and transmitting the user data in the SDT to the NTBS while the UE is in the idle or inactive mode via the set of resources indicated in the resource indication message.

A base station performs a predetermined data transmission in which a user equipment transmits uplink user data when the user equipment is in an RRC inactive state, includes a receiver receiving a random access preamble for the predetermined data transmission during a random access procedure from the user equipment, and receives an MSG 3 message together with uplink user data from the user equipment during the random access procedure.

摘要: The present invention relates to a wireless communication system and, in particular, to a method and an apparatus therefor, the method comprising the steps of: transmitting a random access request message including RAP transmission and PUSCH transmission, wherein the PUSCH transmission is transmitted using a resource related to the RAP transmission, and includes a C-RNTI; and in order to receive a response to the random access request message, monitoring a PDCCH in a time window, wherein a first PDCCH, accompanied by a TA command, is detected in the time window, and when the first PDCCH is indicated by the C-RNTI, a step of receiving the response to the random access request message is terminated.

摘要: Wireless communications between a base station and one or more wireless devices are described. Multiple downlink reference signals may correspond to multiple random access resources for a random access procedure. A base station may provide a set of downlink reference signals before a set of physical random access channels (PRACHs) are available for use. A wireless device performing a random access procedure may select two or more random access resources (e.g., PRACH occasions) based on the downlink reference signals. Using a listen before talk (LBT) procedure, the wireless device may select a first available random access resource from the two or more random access resources that are determined to be clear.

摘要: Embodiments include methods for a network node, of a radio access network (RAN), that provides a cell serving one or more user equipment (UEs). Such methods include determining a restriction to requests for on-demand delivery of system information blocks (SIBs) by at least one UE operating in the cell; and transmitting, to the at least one UE, one or more parameters associated with the restriction. Exemplary parameters include prohibit timer values and maximum number of SIBs or SIB segments that a UE can request. Other embodiments include complementary methods whereby a UE can transmit, to the network node, a request for on-demand delivery of one or more particular SIBs in accordance with the received parameters associated with the restriction. Other embodiments include network nodes and UEs configured to perform such methods.

The initial BWP for the extended UE type is an initial BWP shared by the extended UE type and a legacy UE type or a separated initial BWP dedicated to the extended UE type in addition to an initial BWP for a legacy UE type. The common CORESET for the extended UE type comprises an entirety, a part, or an extension of a common CORESET for the legacy UE type or a separated common CORESET for the extended UE type.
