摘要: Disclosed is an aluminum alloy wheel squeeze casting process and an aluminum alloy wheel squeeze casting device. Molten aluminum is injected into a mold cavity from the bottom by adopting a U-shaped pipe, so that the filling is stable and the quality problem of the pore defect of a squeeze cast rim is solved; the squeeze deformation effect of the rim is strengthened using a mold locking ring; and through a secondary pressurization process for the center of the aluminum wheel, the internal dendritic spacing of the aluminum wheel casting is reduced, the yield strength and the elongation in the material mechanical properties of the casting are improved, and a necessary technical foundation is provided for overall weight reduction of the aluminum wheel.

摘要: The part made of low-silicon aluminum alloy contains magnesium, copper, manganese, titanium, and strontium. Said part is obtained by a method that consists in: casting said alloy in a mold so as to obtain the part; after the casting, demolding the part constituting a preform that is still hot; cooling said preform and then subjecting it to an operation suitable for reheating it to a temperature lying in the range 470° C. to 550° C.; positioning said part between two shells of a die that defines a cavity of dimensions substantially equal to but less than the dimensions of the cavity of the mold; and strongly pressing the two shells together to exert on the part disposed between said shells a combined pressing and surface kneading effect.

摘要: A method for a die casting with a casting device comprising a casting valve with a valve piston and a post-compression piston configured to provide a post-compression. The method includes providing a casting valve in a closed position and a mold cavity which is cleaned and prepared for a mold filling process, opening the casting valve for a casting, filling the casting valve with a melt, closing the casting valve after the filling with the melt, cooling the casting valve and the melt, and removing a cast part. A post-compression is provided to the melt during the cooling by the post-compression piston.

摘要: An aluminum base part is composed of a forging cast product produced by a forging cast process and a nickel chromium plating layer formed on the forging cast product. The nickel chromium plating layer is composed of a semibright nickel plating layer formed on the forging cast product and having a thickness of 5 to 10 μm, a bright nickel plating layer 33 formed on the semibright nickel plating layer 31 and having a thickness of 5 to 10 μm, and a chromium plating layer 37 formed on the bright nickel plating layer 33 and having a thickness of 0.5 to 3 μm. The present invention adopts a forging cast product rather than a cast product. The forging cast product has a smooth surface, so that a plating layer can be directly formed on the surface of the forging cast product without forming an undercoat resin layer.
