    Abstract: A method for producing a tire filled with a (meth)acrylic hydrogel, the method comprises a) providing a mixture comprising at least one water-soluble (meth)acrylic compound, water and an initiator, and b) filling the mixture in a tire in which the mixture polymerizes to form the (meth)acrylic hydrogel. The tire filling material is suitable for producing flat proof tires, enables fast and controlled cure and is insensitive towards dosage errors. Moreover, the tire filling material is environmental friendly and cost effective.

    Abstract: A manufacturing method and device for a foam filled tire comprises the following steps: a. taking off a gas nozzle check valve of the tire; b. setting foaming materials in a destined proportion; c. mixing the foaming materials into filling materials, then placing into an inner space of the tire; d. covering the gas nozzle check valve after a destined time; e. filling the inner space of the tire after finishing the foaming process. Thereby it is achieved that the tire will not leak and support a car steadily.

    Abstract: A non-pneumatic tire comprising a toroidal-shaped tube having inner and outer circumferential surfaces and opposite side surfaces collectively forming a hollow chamber therebetween, the tube having at least two openings proximate the inner circumferential surface, and a solid fill composition disposed in the hollow chamber of the tube. The non-pneumatic tire provides the benefits of a smooth, comfortable ride, durability, and lightweight with good load-carrying capability.
