These films, fibers, filaments, yarns and textiles can be used to make articles of apparel, footwear, and sporting equipment. When thermoformed, the thermoplastic elastomeric compositions can impart abrasion resistance, traction, and other advantageous properties to the articles. 摘要: An article comprises a laminate with a layer comprising a first latex composition containing a cross-linker component selected from sulfur, organic peroxide, vulcanizing activators, and vulcanizing accelerator; and a second layer comprising a second latex composition free of the cross-linker component. The laminate is formed by dipping a mold into the first latex composition then into the second latex composition forming a laminated film, then curing the laminated film by heating to a temperature between 90° C. to 140° C. Lastly, the laminated film is removed from the mold via inversion such that the second layer is inwards and the first layer is outwards.

摘要: The present invention discloses a method for coating gum of self-adhesive mat with spaced-apart gum, using a mat body, gum layers being spaced apart on a bottom surface of the mat body, including the following steps of: weighing raw materials of components in a determined proportion, stirring uniformly by a stirrer that supplies hot air for dehumidification, conveying the mixture to an extruder through a screw, thermally melting by the screw extruder, extruding from rectangular discharge ports formed at intervals on the extruder and vertically falling onto an upper roller (the roller surface is a smooth surface) of a rolling and combining device, passing a mat body from an unwinding device to a lower roller of the rolling and combining device, rolling the mat body by adjusting a gap between the upper and lower rollers by a lead screw, forming self-adhesive gum layers, which are spaced apart from each other, on the back of the mat body. The gum using hydrogenated styrene-butadiene block copolymer (SEBS) as a main raw material coating on the bottom surface. According to the present invention, the gum is able to adequately adsorb the mat onto the floor due to its good flexibility, and allow the mat to move without affecting the adsorption effect due to its good detachability. Meanwhile, the mat is non-toxic and environmentally friendly, can be washed repeatedly without affecting its self-adhesive adsorption effect and can be reused. It is of great significance for the development of mats.

摘要: Described herein is flooring formed of an eco-friendly material, where the flooring has excellent heat resistance, durability, abrasion resistance and dimensional stability, and is formed of a non-PVC material and thus is recyclable via an extrusion processing at the time of disposal after use. Specifically, eco-friendly flooring is described in which a coating layer, an overlayer having ionomers, a printing layer, at least one middle layer, and at least one underlayer are laminated in order, where the overlayer of the flooring has ionomers, at least one of the middle layer and the underlayer has a thermoplastic polyolefin-based resin, a styrene-based resin, oil, and a filler, the thermoplastic polyolefin-based resin is contained in an amount of 50 to 150 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the styrene-based resin, and the styrene-based resin may contain 25 to 45% styrene.

摘要: The present disclosure provides, among other things, surface coverings with a protective coat applied thereto a rubber material. As provided herein, in some embodiments, a surface covering has or includes an exposed surface that is no-wax. The present disclosure further provides methods of making, and methods of using. Such surface coverings have surprising and beneficial attributes. They are particularly advantageous as resistant to soiling and abrasion. These surface covering are also resistant to crumbling under load. Such surface coverings would be useful as flooring products with desirable properties. In particular, such abrasion and soil resistant surfaces could be useful as a rubber flooring product.
