    摘要: The present invention provides a biodegradable recycled polyester resin and a production process therefor, wherein the polyester resin is inexpensive and economical due to use of recycled aromatic polyesters, and further, can solve problems of wastes by affording biodegradability to the aromatic polyester which has so far been assumed to have no biodegradability. The biodegradable recycled polyester resin, according to the present invention, is obtained by a process including the step of carrying out a reaction of a recycled aromatic polyester (A) with an aliphatic polyester (B) having a number-average molecular weight of 3,000 to 300,000 in a reaction ratio (weight ratio) of (A)/(B)=95/5 to 5/95, thereby affording biodegradability to the recycled aromatic polyester (A).

    摘要: Thermosetting paint film is removed by adding plastic resin coated with thermosetting paint film into a mixed solution of an alcoholic solvent and alkali and heating this mixed solution while stirring. Isopropyl alcohol, phenoxy alcohol and alkali are added in a reactor and heated to a temperature of 50-70° C. while stirring. Plastic resin coated with thermosetting paint film is added and a reaction is performed while maintaining the temperature. The isopropyl alcohol and phenoxy alcohol are added in a mixed ratio of 70-90:30-10.

    摘要: A process for reclaiming sulfur-cured, vulcanized rubber by combining finely ground scrap vulcanized rubber within a specialized, twin-screw extruder capable of providing strong shearing and just-on-time mixing; adding a reclaiming agent to the extruder; and masticating the rubber scrap and reclaiming agent within the extruder until the rubber scrap is devulcanized. The present invention also discloses a unique composition of reclaiming agent, which preferably includes the following compounds: accelerators TBBS, ZMBT, MBT, and TMTM; activators zinc oxide and stearic acid; and zinc salts of fatty acids and sulfur. The reclaimed rubber is suitable for use in producing high-grade, rubber products without adding a binder, or for combining with fresh rubber compounds to produce high-specification rubber products.

    摘要: A new composition is formed by combining a reduced waste rubber, a heavy paraffin and a reduced waste thermoplastic, and then further reducing the resulting material while holding it at an elevated temperature. In preferred embodiments the rubber and thermoplastic are pre-processed by reduction to mesh sizes of about 0.25 inch and 0.5 inch respectively, and the paraffin is pre-processed by being fluidizing to have a viscosity of at most about 1.0 Centipoise. It is also contemplated that the rubber and paraffin can be advantageously combined with each other prior to inclusion of the thermoplastic, with the paraffin/rubber combination being heated to a temperature of about 220° F. to about 250° F. for about 3 minutes. It is still further contemplated that the combination of rubber, paraffin and thermoplastic can be heated to between about 360° F. and about 500° F.

    摘要: A recycling method which enables recycling of a high-quality regenerated styrene resin. A waste styrene resin material is dissolved in an organic solvent boiling at a temperature lower than 200° C. and having solubility not less than 15 wt % at room temperature to prepare a solution of the waste styrene resin material. The resulting solution is freed of volatile components on heating in vacuum to remove the organic solvent to set the amount of the residual solvent in the styrene resin to 0.4 wt % or less to recycle the resulting styrene resin as a regenerated styrene resin.
